I have used this site for many years
I have used this site for many years. They have quality surveys. They also have been trusted on their payouts. I have never had any big issues and certainly none that they have not resolved quickly. Good site.

I enjoy answering questions in exchange for points towards a gift card, however when the percentage bar displays I'm 85% to 95% of the questionnaire it motivates me to keep answering questions (specifically because it's taken an hour to get to that percentage) and almost complete the survey but then it asks personal questions; age, preferences, household, etc I'm disqualified, the screen says "You’re a better fit elsewhere. Try another!" It's discouraging from doing surveys.
Perhaps if all surveys were to begin with personal questions to see if an individual is a candidate that qualifies, that way my time isn't wasted. I'm writing this review because this has occurred a few times

Quick and accurate reply
I completed a survey but received an error message after completing it and did not receive my points. I immediately messaged customer service help and sent an email. I received a message shortly after that they would get back after reviewing the information. The next day I received my points. I am very satisfied with the e-rewards program.

I have had 2 experiences in which I needed assistance. Each time the response was fast and I was told everything I needed to do to rectify the situation.

Issue was resolved overnight. I had a problem with a 10 point survey that took me a long time to work on. I emailed e rewards explained receiving error message after I was told survey was finished. I was given the 10 points the next day. I am happy with the rewards team!!!!

My problem is with the surveys themselves. A lot of times I click on a survey based on its subject or time, and what actually comes up is a survey about an entirely different subject and 30 minutes for what was supposed to be a "quick" survey. Then after putting in 30 minutes taking the 10 minutes survey, I am told I don't qualify, or the new phrase,
"You are a better fit somewhere else"

The times I had a difficulty with a survey and needed to contact customer service I was extremely impressed by their response. They responded quickly with what they had seen and their resolution of my issue. They are extremely focus on doing what is in the best interest of the survey taker. Taking surveys and redeeming rewards are great but the customer service is what makes E-rewards a classy organization.

They are very quick to respond and usually get back to me in about 24 to 48 hours with an explanation. This is much quicker than other surveys responds to.

I really enjoy taking the e-Reward surveys. They are interesting and engaging. The rewards are easy to earn . When I have had an issue with a survey malfunction, the customer service representatives have been professional and timely in resolving the issue. They are very responsive with their email communication and very the thorough in their tasks.

I've been answering surveys for years and really enjoy it! Too often I'm not rewarded after spending the appropriate time answering honestly. Customer service always comes through with a reward. My suggestion is that we should be notified early on in the survey if this is the case. Also, 0.50 points for a 15 minute survey when 2.5 points for the same length of time is a no-brainer!

I only have one item I would like to see get better. The 30 day rule to get additional gift cards for a store. Some of us only use certain store gift cards and would love to get multi cards at the same time instead of having to wait a month,

I have been taking e-rewards surveys for years. It is a great way to make a little extra money for movie tickets, Kroger gift cards, etc. I recently got locked out of a survey after completing about 80% of it and was upset because it had taken me about half an hour to get to that point. I contacted e-rewards and they immediately credited me for my time invested in the survey. I was very happy with that solution.

Since I retired I pass my time doing the surveys .I enjoy the different topics that are presented. My only comment is unlike before We usually get credited unlimited 25 cents even if we do not qualify. But now we are limited to a total of $1/24 hours. Also there are times when you finish the survey that took about 10 minutes the least .you find out you are not qualified which is really a bummer!Overall it is gratifying to accumulate points and choose your rewards. Thank you.

I have been doing surveys with this group for many years & love it .The surveys are fun to do & the rewards are great . I had a problem with a gift card redemption but the support team took care of it very quickly in less than 4 hours to my satisfaction.

Occasionally there are technical issues with a few surveys and if I feel I didn’t get the points that I should have gotten, I ask for help and explain the issue. Customer Service looks into the issue and in most cases agree with me. They are great and extremely helpful. I do appreciate outstanding customer service.
