My therapist is professional, understanding and helpful.

The ease of signing up and getting started. The cost was also very affordable. But the big surprise was the amazing therapist I chose. I’m nearly 70 years old and thanks to BetterHelp and my therapist, Elizabeth, I’m still learning about myself and growing and loving life more every day. 

She’s a very good listener. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service. Inaccurate information that threatened to cost me $1,000s that I didn't actually owe and cut me off from my provider. Sketchy practices. I would avoid them if you can.

For the first time in awhile I have felt heard and understood. My therapist has been so helpful with any of my struggles or doubts and has really helped me see more positively. I like knowing that if I have any immediate issues they are only a text away. They provide great resources when things are tough and the flexibility of session times has been so nice. 

What a terrible experience. I wish I would have paid more attention to the negative reviews on line and the scandal reported. 

I appreciate Zencare for the cleanliness of the website. I just wish they allowed for a "boosted" system to get more clients, so we can help more people.

It’s disgusting how the “listeners” treat you. I think this app is dangerous: it only made me feel worse. It made me feel unseen, fooled and more lonely than before.
