Great customer service and found what we needed!

I recently completed my clear aligner treatment with AlignerCo, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience has been smooth and seamless. The process was super easy to follow, and the aligners were surprisingly comfortable. I was worried about how noticeable they might be, but they’re so discreet, I barely noticed them myself, and neither did anyone else!

The customer service team was incredibly supportive and responsive throughout the entire treatment. They made sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions promptly. The remote monitoring of my progress was super convenient, and I loved being able to check in with the orthodontist from home.

The best part? The results! My teeth have never looked better, and I’m beyond happy with my smile. I highly recommend AlignerCo to anyone looking for an affordable, effective, and convenient way to straighten their teeth. If you’re on the fence, just go for it – it’s totally worth it!

The worst customer service and products I have ever purchased. My journey with Snow Oral Care began less than two years ago when I purchased their LED toothbrush and extra toothbrush replacement heads. The toothbrush fell apart within one year under normal one person use. They warranted the replacement, sent it to me from the USA and I ended up having to pay duties and taxes on a free replacement. They were apologetic about the extra costs and issued me a gift card to use online for future purchases. I recently purchased a set of 6 replacement heads and when I placed one on my toothbrush this week it got jammed and broke the entire head and toothbrush. I have tired several times to get in touch with a live human in customer service but they only respond in AI MODE! I now have to buy a new toothbrush and more replacement heads but I’m certainly not spending over $300 for this brand again. It a piece of junk. Don’t waste your money. 

Definitely not with the Money . My mouth guard discolored quicker than ever over my 5 month period . You are better off putting it in Milton in a mug 

I placed my order in March 2025 with very high hopes. After 8 long months, dozens of emails, and multiple shipments, I finally received the “finished” dentures the day before Thanksgiving 2025.
The core problem: the 3D-printed try-in set I approved fit comfortably and looked excellent (the only issue was they were slightly off-center, which the lab openly acknowledged in an email I still have). Yet every single set of final dentures they produced afterward was completely different — uncomfortable, poorly fitting, and clearly not the same as the approved try-ins.
When I pointed out the obvious differences, their only response was “they’re identical because we scanned the try-ins.” When I later referenced their own email in which they admitted the try-ins were off-center, they suddenly denied ever saying it. I kept all emails.
Because I had financed the purchase through Affirm and was exhausted after 8 months of waiting, I mistakenly requested only a refund of the remaining balance instead of the full amount. They immediately spun that into “this customer can not be satisfied” rather than admitting they simply failed to replicate the one set that actually worked. They didn’t even return my original denture as I’d requested.
I’m now out hundreds of dollars and stuck with dentures I literally cannot wear comfortably. The entire process felt dishonest and dismissive. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Set up a repeating purchase without consent. Wouldn't cancel an order 5 days before it shipped. No way to cancel which is against Shopify rulex. Product is from China and tastes horrible, my dentust says it's likely not effective. I contacted shopify about this AND the fact they include a "bribe" - basically promising you $100 coupon if you leave a good review. Read all good reviews knowing they have been paid for.

First off, I am not a dentist.  My father was a dentist and he left some things behind after he passed.  I have been using them for unusual things around the house.  I used the proxy brushes to clean small parts.  I am an engineer and they work great for cleaning contacts on PC boards.

My partial looks 100% real! The size was perfect and so was the color. I'm so excited not to have to stand  on one side when we take pictures because I was embarrassed by my missing side teeth.  Thank you again!
