I placed my order in March 2025 with very high hopes. After 8 long months, dozens of emails, and multiple shipments, I finally received the “finished” dentures the day before Thanksgiving 2025.
The core problem: the 3D-printed try-in set I approved fit comfortably and looked excellent (the only issue was they were slightly off-center, which the lab openly acknowledged in an email I still have). Yet every single set of final dentures they produced afterward was completely different — uncomfortable, poorly fitting, and clearly not the same as the approved try-ins.
When I pointed out the obvious differences, their only response was “they’re identical because we scanned the try-ins.” When I later referenced their own email in which they admitted the try-ins were off-center, they suddenly denied ever saying it. I kept all emails.
Because I had financed the purchase through Affirm and was exhausted after 8 months of waiting, I mistakenly requested only a refund of the remaining balance instead of the full amount. They immediately spun that into “this customer can not be satisfied” rather than admitting they simply failed to replicate the one set that actually worked. They didn’t even return my original denture as I’d requested.
I’m now out hundreds of dollars and stuck with dentures I literally cannot wear comfortably. The entire process felt dishonest and dismissive. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I bought a toothbrush from this company and it failed within a few months. Their customer service was unresponsive, with long wait-times and no meaningful help. I feel completely let down by the product quality and support. I won’t buy from them again.

I used StellaLife's oral-care products after a dental procedure and they helped calm soreness and speed up healing without harsh chemicals. Their packaging and delivery were straightforward, and customer support was responsive when I asked about shipping, Overall, I think they're solid for post-dental care, maybe a bit pricey, but worth it if you want gentle, natural oral care.

Its an awesome product .. cleans the teeth definitely.. the whole family wants to get each of our own moldings for our teeth but they are too pricey..

Everyone was great. I will recommend them to family and friends. 

Zero professionalism from the reception staff. I was standing waiting to pay following my check up and the receptionists were having a personal discussion in front of me whilst I am waiting. There is no courtesy or respect. The dentist even tried to change my appointment earlier by getting reception to call me multiple times throughout the day and to then call me herself, when I was very clear that I could only after 5pm.
My experience has just been appalling over the last year which is disappointing as I have been at this practice for over 20 years. Will certainly be looking elsewhere.

Absolutely love Wally Health! They are great with educational practices to better your dental health.  They are always professional, courteous, and on-time,

absolute terribly run company from top down. They launch systems worldwide without even having the bugs worked out. the telephone support is not equipped to handle the problems associated with these failures and the company is too  proud to admit their mistakes and force hardworking people to endure unneccesary garbage if only they would have refined their platform before launching.
