We were going to buy a dishwasher, since it was about $50 cheaper than competitors. Unfortunately, the price the website said it was vs the price that was charged to my card was different. The price shown before finalizing the purchase was $805.xx and I was charged $898.xx. I called the customer service line as soon as I got my invoice and noticed the discrepancy to ask what was happening. The rep said it was the difference of delivery. Fine… except that it wasn’t disclosed when buying or even on my invoice. I tried to provide feedback about the discrepancy (I took screenshots to send/show), but all the person said was “well, if you dont want delivery, I can remove the fee”. Clearly not the point. Due to the amount charged to my card, and the lack of understanding or help from the customer service rep, we cancelled our order. Better options elsewhere and the price here is actually not cheaper than competitors. 

Excellent communication. Got right down to what I needed. Had it sent out fast with an amazing repair.

A nice customer service company the sales / tech dept. was really smart and helpful. More American companies should follow them and become huge.. I will always buy from them first. There are a lot of money grubbers out there, this is not one of them.

Unfortunately, spend money $300 on a worthless piece of machine. I’ve owned 5 self cleaning litter boxes before purchasing the Meowant Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box - MW-SC02 , and this one is by far the worst one. Trying to empty it from litter is a nightmare, and it doesn’t always clean after my cat uses it, which is set up for one cat, it’s also very small and not very sturdy. I tried returning it, but the company will not return it because it was already used, which is very moronic because I wouldn’t know about these issues unless I see it in action, so hopefully I can help someone else through this review to not waste their money.  

ECOVAC DEEBOT X1 OMNI. Costs $2,000 AUD. Works 50% of the time for the first year, then stops working after that. Even during the first year, 50% of the time it just spins in circles, or doesn't mop, or stops in the middle somewhere. Now it doesn't even empty the dust bin. The customer service center is no help, they even sent the Deebot back with missing parts and dirty. Never buy an Ecovac product.
