They're lying about delivery, they say 2 days, but it's take over a week. I won't be home because vacation, so it will be send back and they charge me with post fee

No answer at all, no communication, they just ignoring me. Terrible customer service

After ordering i waited 4 days without any information. and then they told me they would ship it within 3 days. since it had been 4 days already, i wanted to either ship the product or my money. they said delivery would take another 2 weeks. so i cancelled it and they also robbed me of 8 euros
