Laura replied to me within 2 hours. I had conflicting messages on the tracking site. I had even ordered the wrong size on one item which had been rectified. She assured me that my order was on its way and as I’m going to be away from home said she would track it to make sure it wasn’t left in view on my doorstep. First class service

I’ve been using the zero filter system for quite a few years. It’s the best filter system on the market. It’s such a shame that their jug design lets it down

My query was dealt with whilst I waited on the telephone. As the part required to instal the smart meter can’t be sourced they have arranged for a two monthly metre read. I’m very satisfied with this outcome xx

I’m so disappointed. I thought I was purchasing Aran knitted goods. Instead just as mentioned by other reviewers I’ve received cheap acrylic over printed fabric. The pictures and descriptions are totally false. Nothing at all like the goods shown. The description states knitted. Totally false. I will request a refund however it states in their terms and conditions that sale items cannot be refunded. This is a scam as the company claim they are closing down this part of the company and the items are on sale, I suspect as mentioned by others that my request for a refund will be denied. My order took a long time to be despatched I did look at reviews and how anyone can claim that these are lovely quality products is beyond me, I can only assume that they hadn’t actually received their items. The goods are a load of rubbish
