From previous, review, you rectify the issue.

When I complained that I didn't receive the product and it was left outside.The door was not there when I got home, i explained all the details, to sign non disclosure order, which I refused. He was kind enough to send me replacement product. Answer 2 extra pouches of the creating gummies.

The issue is, I was getting no benefit from these particular creating gummies, ,and the reason why I can tell you this. I also had another creative product which was a powder, which I don't really like like but the does works. So I left the creating gummies in the cupboard. And left it of that, on the subscription you sent me another two packs 3 months later, the gummies were totally different thicker more gritty, anti different from the previous product. I still had 3 packets left, i kindly asked you to replace them for the new product, but you was producing, due to the fact we come to my attention. There was no creating in the gummies, but you previously sent me. Hence why the powder worked and the gummies didn't. I've got no reply whatsoever when I ask you to what's going on. Could you replace these for the new product. Nothing at all. No acknowledgement of email. So I have cancelled my subscription again. If you can't replace fake products which the client still has no acknowledgement, and by looking at your social media you're doing a massive
Campaign to say, your product has been European tested. Space is saying the other ones weren't up to the grade. It's just a total, useless company who cons people put some on subscription, and when questioned. Don't get an answer, have to beg pea. Argue to do the right thing. Think it threatened with an non disclosure order.

Firstly, we do not (and have never) asked customers to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. What you were asked to complete was a DOR (Denial of Receipt) form. This is simply a document we kindly request customers to sign to confirm that they did not receive their order so we can officially report it to Evri, our delivery partner.

Regarding the change in the creatine gummies, we sent out emails to all customers with active subscriptions to inform them about the change in flavour, which was due to switching to a new manufacturer. Within this email, we also asked if customers wanted to make any changes to their subscription or cancel it altogether. As nothing was actioned, the subscription was renewed as usual.

We also sincerely apologise that we missed your follow-up email. That was never our intention, and we understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive a timely response. Please don't hesitate to reach out again if we can help clarify anything!

CONSUMER RIGHTS VIOLATIONS & DUPLICATE PAYMENT SCAM

Fiverr International Ltd. Legal & Compliance Department Fraudulent Activity, Non-Delivery of Digital Goods, Breach of Fiverr Terms, Duplicate Charges, and Violation of UK Consumer Law

For any one thinking using Fiverr. Also avoid user a name FIDAY his a scammer.

legal warning regarding a fraudulent transaction and ongoing misconduct involving Fiverr freelancer “Fiday,” facilitated by Fiverr International Ltd. Desite sending over ten emails to customer support, I have received only two automated responses. I have had no proper engagement, no case handler, and no resolution.

Let me be absolutely clear: your customer service has been appalling the worst I’ve ever experienced using any online platform. In a situation involving forgery, duplicate charges, and a complete scam, this should have been escalated and resolved within 48 hours. Instead, I’ve been ignored. I received no work whatsoever. And as part of the resolution Fiday would like partial payment as a resolution? I'm not understanding that someone can. Can ask for money with no work attempted. With false information, furthermore zero work, and as a resolution asked for partial payment. And allow to do so without any customer service, helping the customer when asked. to prove what work he had done He delivered nothing.
I aked for proof for it several times show me what you have nothing. I cancelled plus it was fraudulent. One project and two gigs. For no other reason apart the manipulate threads so it harde to navigate.
Juggling from one too another

This matter is now formally reported under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the E-Commerce Regulations 2002, and Distance Selling Regulations.
Summary of Violations:

1. Non-Delivery of Services
The seller “Fiday” manipulated by two different payments. Which I was unaware of. payment and provided nothing:
no files, no communication, and no service. This violates Fiverr’s seller obligations and breaches contract law.


2. Duplicate Gigs for a Single Project
I was fraudulently charged twicetwo gigs submitted and billed within two minutes, for the exact same project. This is deceptive and unlawful under both Fiverr’s rules and UK consumer protection law.


3. False Advertising
The seller misrepresented their abilities and services, violating the UK Misrepresentation Act 1967.


4. Fiverr Terms of Service Breaches
Your own terms state:


“Sellers must fulfill their orders.”

“Fraud and misrepresentation are grounds for account removal.ie peace location is in Pakistan. states he is in the USA.

“Non-delivery orders are eligible for cancellation and refund.” Fiverr has not enforced these policies.

5. Negligent Platform Oversight
Fiverr has failed in its duty to investigate and act on a clearly reported scam, making the platform jointly liable.

Official Consumer Rights Notification:

This case is now recorded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires:

Digital services to be as described

Delivery within a reasonable timeframe

A satisfactory standard of service

Fiverr has failed on all counts. Has been.
Very bad at dealing with this situation, impossible to communicate correctly using boots, which only allow you to use five hundred characters.

Final Statement and Immediate Demands:

I have informed my bank of the situation and reported this as a scam. Thed payment has been flagged for cancellation or chargeback. There should have been never 2 payments on the scene minute. Come out on my account for 2 gigs. In respect, I suspect it's an easier way of manipulating money out of people.

I am not a happy money has come out my account in too duplicate payments. I am a first-time Fiverr user, conned into thinking this was a legitimate process. I was manipulated, overcharged, and ignored.

I demand:

A full refund of both payments

Written acknowledgment of this legal warning

Immediate removal of the seller “Fiday”

A named representative to take ownership of this case within 72 hours

If No Action Is Taken:

Failure to resolve this immediately will result in:

A formal complaint to UK Trading Standards

A Section 75 chargeback through my card provider

Reports to the Financial Ombudsman and ICO

A public campaign to expose this case across review platforms and forums

This is final notice before escalation to all legal and regulatory bodies.

What is with this company wrong with…

What is with this company wrong with the customer service, i received the parcel. It was left outside my house. I'll never signed for it when I got back home. It wasn't there, but the fight had been taken. I don't even know until the next day it'd been delivered. It's only when my other partial turn up. I realised that it hadn't now for the last 6 days I've been trying to Find out to hear refund replacement. Change the ticket number. They're saying that it's been delivered this senate internal investigation, they said I signed for it, but it's still left outside well for Sin 4 it. How can it be left outside? That's common sense.
I don't know if anyone else has this problem before, but it's absolutely ridiculous and all you do is get a robot at the end of the app. It's nowhere. I ve emailed them and you get some person saying we can't refund you because he was delivered well if you're weing against the wall disgraceful

Aplied for student finance

Aplied for student finance, in September, they received my documents on the 2 October, ie: my passport for ID, they emailed 3 times saying they have received the passport, even though I got the tracking number and was signed for at 11:23 October 2nd, after several conflicting emailed, and was told to tell them i have to report loss or stolen myself, on the 10 of November they eventually emailed me and said they have sent back to myself and needed to sign for it, when the letter come to my house it was posted and not signed for and no passport, they said that the HMPO have asked them to send it back to the passport office, I ring the passport office they have no record of my passport, furthermore they can help me due to the lack of information on the letter not telling me a tracking number for the passport plus what passport office, leaving with no funding also no bursy to travel, and no accountability from student finance, they do not care regardless of your situation, im now in debt of £4000 without any support to get to college and the college asking me to set a direct debit to pay, on top of this i am recovering for stage 3 bowel cancer.
