All gold vanished!

I logged in today to see all my gold coins gone! I contacted support and they claimed I used it but I have never ever played the gold so that is very scary!
I immediately asked for the history and for them to shut down my account. I am extremely upset at how this happened AND how it was handled. Do not play you will be hacked and ripped off!

Yeah... that's who I contacted do you want the transcript showing they said I used it when I didn't? Because I don't see how your live chat is capable of fixing this when THEY said it was all me.
Sorry. Your customer service is terrible.
You could have easily credited me gold coins. They were not sweepstakes coins so it would not have cost you a dime. Instead you blew me off.
Why would I contact them again?

Highly disappointed

I am very disappointed. This site has major problems. For one they hold events that the users are not able to get into because their server cannot support the influx of users. Thus the site crashes and you cannot get logged in at all. I finally got in at 8:56 pm PST and guess what?? Event was over before 9pm.
I contacted customer support and was told they might have a delay but I do not believe them. I saw nothing. I logged in within the time period and nothing happened.
This is very frustrating and wasted an hour of my time for absolutely nothing.
Update: it is now 9:47pm PST I have been trying to get an answer from customer service after being told they would send another email out about the event. I have received nothing and all emails to support come back with TIPS on completing the SMS verification. They don't even read the emails.

I won a mini jackpot but didn't get it

I won a mini jackpot but didn't get it. When I contacted support they ignored what I was saying and told me to clear cookies when the issue was a POPUP.
They didn't even try to help me. I would never recommend this site.

I started playing a week ago and was floored when I logged in to play and hit a major jackpot! So far I've won $500!
I will give this 5 stars when I do receive the money but so far it says it's on the way!

Great tool for sensory needs kids.

This quickly became my daughter's calm down tool. She loves it! We take it everywhere and she loves changing cards. It's neat to see what she chooses to listen to.
