Overall all love it. Just the bonus wheel has been pretty lame lately for two months it will only land on .30 and .40 which is cool. But there’s a 1,5,10,20 dollar prize that must just be for looks. Cause I been doing that whelm every day for 6 months and only hit a dollar a couple times.

So I like this platform. Good bonus daily. The games are fun. But they are very slow at redemption. Which confuses me. Cause I read a bunch of reviews that says they got there redemption in hours or a day or two. As for me it’s already been 5 days. Is it cause I won on a free daily bonus so I’m a lower priority. I’m not sure why it takes so long to review. I won fair and square. Why do they take my money in an instant but takes probably be ten days now css as use we’re heading into the weekend. I would have gave 5 stars if I got it today cause I was told 1 - 5 days. But it hasn’t even been reviewed yet. I’ll update this on how long I have to wait.

I have been waiting since the 21 of December last year . 23 days. It’s been approved for 12 days. They keep replying to my trust pilot post like it’s sent checkmur bank. And then that there was an issue with my bank. Basicly all lie. I contacted the bank there was no issues. I have screenshots of it all I’m going to post it on my Facebook

20 days and counting. And I scold down on here and people are getting paid in 24 hours. Why is mine taking so long. My redemption has been approved for 7 days and still nothing in my account. So the reply from the on here saying it’s was sent and to check my account. Is a lie. That’s to make them look good. I asked this morning about my redemption and the guy said it’s waiting to be approved. So what’s the real deal. I can’t get a straight answer from anyone. 20 days now I’ve been waiting. And there’s people from saying they got paid in 24 hours. Something is definitely not right. Worst casino experience yet. I will probably never see my winnings.

I would do no stars if I could. I initiated my deposit on dec 21st. Now 16 days later still no deposit. It has said processed/completed on the website for 6 days. They said it depends on my backs pay schedule, when it will get processed. Well my back dosnt have a pending period as soon as they receive it they post it to the account. I have called my bank several times and they show no pending deposits. Yet they keep telling me it’s already been sent. I have been extremely patient but it is wearing thin. When I put money on there platform. They got it instantly. They took my money instantly. So why is it a half month later and I still don’t have my money. Hopefully I still get it. But I am not getting my hopes up. It should not take this long. I have literally cashed out on ten plus other casinos. And the longest was ten days.
So they said it has been sent. Check my account. Well my account is still at zero. It dose not take a bank 7 days to process anything. If it was sent to my bank it would show in my account. And there is nothing there. And the bank dosnt see a pending either.

Then I go and talk to customer service on the web site. And she tells me at first that the payment was not sent yet. And that it will be 3 - 7 days before it shows up in my account depending on my banks payment schedule. My bank dose not hold deposits until they clear. They let you use the money while the transaction processes. And I’ve asked a few times why it’s not showing in my bank. They just keep saying it’s processing. I just keep getting the run around a no one will give me a straight answer. So I’m at 16 days and counting waiting for my redemption. Kits pretty annoying to have to wait so long. And my count was linked thru plaid so there is no way the got the wrong info.

I have been waiting for a long time for my redemption. 13 days and counting. I can never get a straight answer from anyone. I feel as if I’m getting the run around. It’s been processed since Friday. It is now Thursday. Almost a week later. I have account on many platforms. Over 15 and I have cashed out just about all of them. Wait time : anywhere from 5 minutes to 63 hours. 13 days is just insane to me. Why do I have to wait 13 plus days. When I deposit money you guys don’t wait 13 days to get paid. It’s instant. And I know it dosnt only work that way one way. I’m over frustrated. With this. So don’t expect a speedy redemption. If I even get my money. I’m starting to think there just giving me the run around. I hate doing this cause I like the platform a lot. But it’s been 11 days now I’ve been waiting for my redemption. I verified my us and address. I linked my back account and even had to be verified over the phone. And I’m still waiting. Great platform. Redemption process gets a zero. They should not hold peoples money for this long. No reason. Many other platforms payout in 5 minutes and the others a day or two. I’ve never had to wait 11 plus days. Cause I’m sure it won’t be tomorrow the first of the year. So I’ll update how many days total once I finally receive the money. I really think you guys need to change the process. Cause im about to loose my apartment. I know I shouldn’t, but been out of work and have been somewhat surviving off of winning money. So it’s crappy when you make us wait this long.
