Just wait for it to be processed hopefully tomorrow. Thanks you guys rock. UPDATE: I really enjoy this site. But the redemption process has been trash. I got an email right away stating that someone would contact me in 48 hrs. Or if I wanted to speed up the process to call or email. I did both a few times. I have had multiple chats with the customer service. When I called and ask to speak to the redemption team. The lady said your redemption is still under review and wouldn’t transfer me. And when I asked why she just kept repeating the same thing. It’s been 7 days now and still no one has contacted me. I keep asking about it with customer service and they just said your redemption is being processed and it will be soon. They won’t give me an estimated time. And then they like to add on once it’s processed it will be another 3-7 days to transfer the money. So as of today I’m loooking at 10 - 14 days to get my redemption. So that why I changed it to a one start I would put a zero star if I could. So they called. Still have to wait 3-7 days. But ima leave this up so people know what there getting into when they try to withdraw.
