I hate doing this cause I like the platform a lot. But it’s been 11 days now I’ve been waiting for my redemption. I verified my us and address. I linked my back account and even had to be verified over the phone. And I’m still waiting. Great platform. Redemption process gets a zero. They should not hold peoples money for this long. No reason. Many other platforms payout in 5 minutes and the others a day or two. I’ve never had to wait 11 plus days. Cause I’m sure it won’t be tomorrow the first of the year. So I’ll update how many days total once I finally receive the money. I really think you guys need to change the process. Cause im about to loose my apartment. I know I shouldn’t, but been out of work and have been somewhat surviving off of winning money. So it’s crappy when you make us wait this long.
