Zero customer service. We stay on hold for hours, but no agent answers any calls. You send falsely accused, threatening letters with no option to appeal or alternative to contact you. You should go to court and be locked up for this scam service.

Review of Rise Works
The course is easy and quick to get through, so 1 star there; however, you lost all your stars with your stealthy ("Subscription") that was NOT CLEAR!!! When you purchase it gives you the option to select the length and pay. Now, maybe there is a HIDDEN line saying it is a subscription, but I did not see it. On the APP, there is no place to unsubscribe (Indication of sneaky theft)!! When you log in online, you get redirected to app.rise, again no place to unsubscribe. Your entire module is written to (stealthily mislead and steal). Let's hope you get taken to court

I'm sorry for the confusion; however, you have the wrong company. We do not charge subscription fees for payees on our platform and do not offer courses, as mentioned. I believe this was meant for another organization.
Review of Apex Trader Funding
Trying to get a couple of accounts last night since there was a 90% sale, but the transaction keeps getting rejected. I closed and refreshed the page, and the same happened. I then used another card, and still no change. I thought the server must be broken, so I will wait till the next morning. Now the 90% is over, and still no account. I searched on the website for raising a complaint, but guess what, no such thing seems to exist on this site. Just show they do not care one bit.

Both my girlfriend and I used this. Both of us started to feel warm and our skin turned red as if we had sunburn. It takes about 25min to kick in and then the awful red and warm sensation hit you. Feels terrible. I do not see any benefit, waste of money

Review of Virgin Money UK
Getting to the final stages of getting a credit card to have the app reject the Passport and License twice. The images were crystal clear and there was nothing wrong with them. I click on help, and then the upload disappears. This is a 6-day deadline.
I launched a complaint, it's been a few days now and still not heard from you. These lookups has an impact on credit score but you do not seem to care. Poor service

I'm sorry to hear that the Credit Card application process has not gone as smoothly as anticipated, I understand this must be extremely frustrating.
If you've recently raised a complaint, our Customer Relations team will send an acknowledgement letter out within 5 working days which will then advise of their next steps.
In the meantime, it might be worth speaking with our Credit Operations team regarding the ID documentation that you've provided to see if they're able to shed light on why they've not been able to accept them.

It turns out that when you do not have cash and add a (tip for delivery), it does not go to the delivery man.
It was a very awkward debate when the delivery driver told me he was independent and did not get any tips from the order that I left on the app. Shame on you!
Review of FTMO
Not for scalpers or fast traders. I am profitable on a demo account, but the fees/spread killed me within 2 days. There are far better brokers to use. Unless you are 100% sure you will make HUGE pips, then this broker will 100% kill your account and your dreams. Stay away!

The whole setup and payments are a way to catch you out and make you pay the maximum fees. The rules are mechanical in such a way that they want to program and steal your trading strategy. Let's be clear, they are not here to help you, they want you to help them!
