Horrible customer lack of service

Horrible. I've been trying for 7 months to get my money from them. There's always something I didn't do. They give you bits of information at a time, but never enough to get the job done. I've sent paperwork repeatedly because "they never got it". They gave me misinformation last month and now three weeks later they tell me the opposite is true.

Plus, there are never any notes in their system to show all the conversations we've had. Today the agent wanted all the information I gave the agent three weeks ago and then starts telling me the same spiel. Every single phone call has the agent treating me as if it were the first.

I have made 11 phone calls and not one of them led to a successful outcome.

I'm done with their stalling and mishandling. I contacted an attorney this morning. I see from other posts that this is their SOP.
