Not Delivered - poor communication

For the 3rd day in a row i received an email saying my parcel would be delivered that day. Still no parcel and impossible to talk to anyone but a bot which is extremely unhelpful.

Would not use this courier company again. Promised 2 day delivery is B.S.

It has now been 3 days in a row that…

It has now been 3 days in a row that they have emailed to say my parcel will be delivered today and it still hasnt been delivered.

Near on impossible to get any imformation as tracking is a bot.

Quote Honesty and Delays

When I got my quote seven seas didn’t tell me I had to pay an additional £165 pounds when my goods arrived. They also told me shipping from Australia would take 2-3 months max. My goods were delivered today and it is month 5. The ship originally arrived in the UK a month ago but for some reason the ship departed to Belgium and other countries before returning to the UK. Apart from the delivery driver who was super friendly and nice, I dont trust this company.

You placed your order online which means you must have seen the destination charge - you could not have otherwise placed the order. This is also on our quote which was emailed to you once you placed your order.

Owing to the issue around the Red Sea our transit times were extended and your quote transit time was 103-125 days. Your shipment was delivered to you 9 days inside the 125 days.
