Took my money and wouldn't send me a label for my parcel!!!
I paid through PayPal for a parcel to be sent to a charity shop. Parcels2go took the money straight way but didn't send me a label for my parcel! I tried all ways to sort this problem and spent over an hour trying various 'help' methods. None helped me and the phone number I found in the end for customer services took me through to a takeaway in Manchester!!!! I had no email to confirm my transaction and when I tried to log into my account, it would not let me. I have lost that money and will never use their services again
