Took my money and wouldn't send me a label for my parcel!!!

I paid through PayPal for a parcel to be sent to a charity shop. Parcels2go took the money straight way but didn't send me a label for my parcel! I tried all ways to sort this problem and spent over an hour trying various 'help' methods. None helped me and the phone number I found in the end for customer services took me through to a takeaway in Manchester!!!! I had no email to confirm my transaction and when I tried to log into my account, it would not let me. I have lost that money and will never use their services again

Lost my 3kg parcel

Lost my 3kg parcel, fobbed off many times saying they were trying to locate it. After 22 days and lots of emails to their customer services, waste of time, I filled in a claims form which they said would take another 28 dates to resolve! Will never use them again and read that they lose 22,000 parcels a day!!

They tried to take the money twice on…

They tried to take the money twice on the same day, luckily the bank stopped it and I had to cancel my card.
Not received the serum yet so don't know if it makes wrinkles disappear but it tries to make money disappear!

Parcel posted 12 days ago and not even out for delivery as yet!

I posted a parcel on 7 August, which wasstuck somewhere in their system until 19 August and is now in transit. Not even out for delivery!! I await when it is finally delivered whenever that may be. I will definitely not be using Evri again

faulty camping table and chairs set…

faulty camping table and chairs set arrived and was faulty. Table would not open flat. It appears to be sent by a third party CE Stevenson Motors and not the Range. I have tried to get some confirmation that the faulty table will be collected and a replacement sent as it is needed for a camping trip. I am still waiting on 25 July.

My husband was very impressed with the chap who fitted his tyres in Weymouth today. His name was Toby who was professional, very helpful and sorted him out with the tyres he wanted straightway. We'll go there again.

They cut our call off!

They cut our call off!! We had a blow out on our car (we are in our 70s) and could not get the wheel off. We called our break down service (Rescue my car) and was on hold with music playing for at least 20 minutes. When it was finally answered the man said he could not hear us and promptly cut us off!!! We have not called them out before and we will be finding another provider

No way is it a mega box, just a small box full of tat

I received this Mega box (surely against the Trade Descriptions Act) and what a lot of rubbish it was in a very small box. Toys?? not even good enough for a Christmas cracker. They seemed reluctant to want to refund my money but I did eventually get a return label and now I await the refund!!
