Parcel posted 12 days ago and not even out for delivery as yet!

I posted a parcel on 7 August, which wasstuck somewhere in their system until 19 August and is now in transit. Not even out for delivery!! I await when it is finally delivered whenever that may be. I will definitely not be using Evri again
