Had stubbornly non -draining kitchen sink which affected washing machine drainage, so couldn't use it, and my boiler function.Phoned Dyno-Rod (lovely, helpful lady 'Amanda' on 'phone) Dave came out and rodded the pipes (previously recommended to have cut and capped by my plumber by Dyno-Rod) and hauled out load of gunk. Everything now working great but Dave said if any problems, to get back in touch.Very reasonable rates. Cannot recommend highly enough! Would definitely use again.

OK- Evri has been good delivering parcels to me recently but not on this occasion. I live on a main road in West End of Edinburgh. My street is very prominent locally and my building is easily ascertainable.

My parcel on this occasion got delivered to a storage facility in a Cathedral across the road, which at this time of year was empty! Same street number - but completely different street! Fortunately, I knew someone connected to a business which used this building as storage and was able to get them to unlock the premises for my parcel to be retrieved. There was also another 'Evri' delivery in there addressed to someone completely different, at a different address! Better and more consistent knowledge of area required for deliverers please! However, very prompt response from 'Evri' when I reported parcel not delivered, so that was good.

Busy time of year, so parcel was delayed, but was kept well-informed as to what was happening and advised of revised delivery date.

Delivery man very pleasant and delivered right to inner door.

With my last delivery, which I ordered online on Saturday, Evri delivered on the Tuesday. The courier rang my bell and delivered the parcel in person. It was both speedy and courteous!

The coat is lovely and just as nice as it appears in the catalogue. It is light and fits well, true to size.
