Wanted to return goods via online portal but does not work: says no drop off places near me while showing loads on map! Now have to drive 30 odd miles to a store.

Dont use this company

I ordered 2 bags of dog food and the smaller was delivered but the large one (worth £77) was not. After immediately querying this with petplanet I was basically accused of lying. Yes the box has been recorded as 16kg on the label, and I would have queried this with DPD if I had been handed the delivery in person. Why would I steal dog food?!!

Distance to venue very inaccurate

It said online was 1.4 miles to the concert venue but it was nearly 2 as could not walk “as the crow flies”. Too far away. Other than that all good.

I am on auto top ups for my domestic…

I am on auto top ups for my domestic tank, which has worked for the last few years, but ran out on 8th Feb. Rang Calor twice a day since then, a variety of lies about it "being on the truck to you" and still freezing, cant get washed, no hob. Customer services have no idea of when I will be getting any gas, so I cant even decide if I should go to a hotel (they do cost over £200 a night here). Its 11 degrees in my house as its old and getting very cold and damp now (despite running electric heaters). I can only get a shower by going to a friends. Its like being in a third world country. Joined a facebook group of disappointed calor customers, up to 50 in a matter of days.....seems I could be waiting weeks.... have asked MP if he can help and contacted watchdog too (not that it bothers Calor!). Wish I was back at my previous house with oil...

Flowers were dumped and badly damaged

Flowers were dumped and badly damaged, the delivery person didnt check as the recipient was in. By the time she found them (next day) they were crushed and smashed within the box (which had blown over). I wanted to complain to interflora but found this too difficult to do via website. Don't use them, expensive and useless! Delivery to Dartmouth, Devon. Update: interflora have contacted me unprompted and refunded me with an apology, which is something.
