I have had many parcel from Evri, And every single one of them has the same problem, The courier does not ring the doorbell.
Luckily, today, I saw him deliver my parcel next door, so I was able to go out and get him to retrieve it.
Had he Rang the bell next door, they would’ve told him his mistake.
Just leaving the parcel on the doorstep allows the parcel to go walking, and this has happened in the past.
Train your couriers to ring the doorbell, Plus, explain to them how the housing numbering system works in the UK.

Review of Siemens
Our Coffee machine had a fault after 3 years, hence we called the Siemens Engineer. You pay £106 for the visit plus parts, and the visit charge covers all visits to resolve the problem. First visit identified a fault, the Engineer ordered parts and on 2nd visit installed them. This did not solve the problem, so although the new parts were fitted I did not have to pay for them. They went away and researched the problem, and a few days later told me that they had a solution, they returned and resolved the problem. I was impressed with the knowledge of the engineers, and also the relative ease in phoning to talk with customer services. They have a phone back system that actually works, to save you hanging on the phone. It’s a shame to see so many bad reviews, but my experience has been very positive.
Review of Brewers Decorator Centres
We bought a litre of satinwood paint, Quiet Oasis, and it was significantly different to the previous can we had bought. We went back to the store, they acknowledged the difference and made up a new lot, however this still did not match. It also did not match the colour chart showing quiet oasis. They then scanned a piece of skirting we had and made up one final pot, but still did not match.
So in desperation we went to Johnson’s and they matched the colour perfectly first time. I think there’s something wrong with Brewers mixing machine, at a customer service level were helpful enough, but they could not get the colour right.

Review of ScottishPower
5 weeks ago I phoned Scottish power as my gas smart meter was not fitted as arranged on 6 December. The problem is that my account shows it was fitted, so the meter reading is zero.
I cannot input my current gas reading as it’s the old gas meter that has a massive number on it. 5 weeks ago they promised to fix it, today I phoned again and I had to go all through it again, so my call 5 weeks ago was a complete waste of time. Will I need to phone again in 5 more weeks time- only time will tell. The. Guy I spoke to today was very helpful, but then so was the one 5 weeks ago. Is it a case of they can talk the talk, but not walk the walk!
Update - Had a visit today from Independent Auditor who checks on the quality of Smart Meter installation. He said that the installer had invoiced Scottish Power for the installation of the smart gas meter, but he never actually fitted it! So my account shows a smart gas meter has been fitted when it hasn't! Problem is no one in scottish power believes me! However, the independent auditor does as he has just seen the old existing meter. I've just won a battle with the Energy Ombudsman against E.ON who sent me bills for 2 years after I switched to Scottish Power, I do hope I don't have to go down this route with Scottish Power!

Scottish Power has resolved this for me, very satisfied with the result from my last contact with them on Facebook
