Customer service was non existent. Packlink labels purchased from eBay do not compensate you when your goods are lost. Ebay make you wait for your money after selling an item until two days after it’s been delivered!! Rubbish company will not be using these again in the future.
Very disappointed at the customer service……or lack of it. No support whatsoever when things go wrong. Call centres an absolute joke. As for having to wait for your payment until two days after delivery now, I’m afraid I’ve had enough and will be closing my account.
Two months on and still Evri have not acknowledged they have lost my parcel I sent through eBay. I refunded the buyer and I’m now out of pocket. The company is uncontactable. They should be investigated and held accountable as this is theft.
Refusal to answer my numerous emails and phone calls. They have my money from a tax reclaim and are withholding this from me. This company should be investigated as this is criminal practice and theft.

I bought a Tempur pillow from QVC. It arrived much later than expected direct from Tempur. I didn’t find the pillow very comfortable it was heavy and cumbersome. I persevered with it though as I had bought one a few years previously which I was very satisfied with. After three month the foam had clumped together and it was difficult to try and separate by shaking especially as the pillow was so heavy! I contacted Temur directly via email but disappointingly got very little support. All they could advise was to shake the pillow daily. They were certainly not interested in the fact I found the pillow uncomfortable. Never would I purchase again from this company or recommend anyone else to either.

The buyer is not protected even though they pay an insurance fee to protect them against things going wrong. This has happened to me on a number of occasions and Vinted take the side of the seller. Also why should the buyer be responsible for return postage if the item was not as described? Shocking customer service when you turn your them for support.
Customer service non existent. If you have an issue or want to return an item for a refund they are extremely rude and unhelpful and make things as difficult as possible for you. I purchased through Amazon from them and I’m now relying on Amazon to solve the issue I have with them.
