Pay for roaming and it doesn't work - also no refund they say. Pure scam!

Buy Roaming get nothing.... just a pure scam. You pay for roaming in other countries and it doesn't work at all. Then ask for a refund and still you get nothing. Just 100% pure scam.... this company sucks, 0 customer support as well.

Update: incredible how quickly you reply here, compared to your big mess with support and never getting a solution or proper answers...

What a freaking scam they are

What a freaking scam they are! The de-activate and delete your account if you have purchased products like 10 years ago with lifetime subscriptions.

Then they ask you to fill out different forms that won't proceed and doesn't work!

This company is just a nasty scam!

Good there are coming other ecommerce plugin for Wordpress out there!

What a bunch of scammers here!!!

100% scam. Contact your bank.

100% scam.. imagine using 14 days so far loading a sticker into a shipping container in UK, while saying it’s sent with Deutsche Post. Smart way to drag time and blame DHL.

What you should do as a scammed customer:

Contact your bank to initiate a dispute as fast as possible. Tell your bank many customer continuously are being scammed here, then the bank will block their processing / mark is as fraud. This will stop their scam the fastest, then it’s not worth it for them to do more ads.

Biggest scam bank ever using 3rd…

Biggest scam bank ever using 3rd clueless support employyes that doesn’t own a single braincell. Account closed after 6-7 years of paying 15 gbp every month. Because a clueless donkey did not understand you can live without earning money for 3 years and that I live from previous company sale…. Now they blocked me from everything in the app and ask me to withdraw my funds, but I can’t dumbest scam bank ever!!!

Been a customer for about 7 years

Been a customer for about 7 years. Out of a sudden they ask for source of wealth and income. I tell them I have XXXXXXX funds and no income for 3 years. Then they block my account. No way to recover. And their answers are the dumbest ever 3rd world support doing copy/paste and having no remote brain capacity to be found at all.

Rarely used it but paid about 25$ every month for 7 years to get such poor 3rd world service from the country showering in poop. Good job Revolut, destroy what you built.

Stay far away from what this bank has turned into!!!

Unprofessional and careless....

Cancel their hosting and they keep spamming you with emails about your sites are down and pay now etc. ... it's actually insane, even though you websites are up...

They put no unsubscribe link in the emails. Written them back 4 times about unsubscribing me... Guess their answer.... We cannot do that, well you should anything else is considered illegal in Europe.

Refund policy is a lie.

Another customer had the exact experience as I am going through right now. That Excel for Google Merchant center doesn't really work and secondly he do not really reply, only a generic / same answer email every time you write him/them.

That refund guarantee is a lie it seems.

So what you'll have to do if you experience the same:

Take a screenshot of his refund guarantee with the website URL visible. Contact your bank to make a dispute/chargeback if you paid with card, provide the screenshot and his email reply.

Then you get your funds back and he is fined with a 25-45usd chargeback fee and you get your funds back. I will do that know as I see I experience the same as Marth mentioned here on TrustPilot.

After reviewing your website, it's clear that the job was only partially done, so it was unlikely to work for you in the first place. That being said, I’ve granted you a refund because we can't help you under these circumstances anyway.

It is indeed a scam it seems like

It is indeed a scam it seems like. So they have nothing in stock, sends you 5x order confirmations and the refund never arrive.

So what you have to do when they cheat you: Contact your bank to make a dispute / chargeback, furthermore you can contact their domain registrar, will provide a link when I checked for that.

Just attach the email stating they refunded you and the bank will process the dispute / chargeback, and the merchant will be forced to payback + getting a 20-45usd fee as a penalty and later on they will be blocked / closed down.

Good luck. Stay away from this place if you can, but if you purchased. Just contact your bank.

Support are very unresponsive and slow…

Support are very unresponsive and slow ref. fixing bugs and errors in the plugin causing Elementor layout issues.

Making a support ticket they reply very fast, but probably some AI... then to reply again and fix it... I waited 5 days now, no reply.. While our sites looks like shit unless we deactivate their plugin. Then you can write their chat support, but those people can only answer pre-purchase questions and just tell you to wait... no ETA, just wait... Wait for what, for how long? How many days are going to be between each reply? Will we have this bug for months or what's going on here?
I had the idea they had good support, but very disappointed. Elementor checked the issue straight away and found YITH plugin to cause the issue, now just waiting for unknown time ....

Update: They fixed the issue quickly after the review.

Pure scam... they charge you prior to a service and then won't refund you if you do not need it.

You can write them forever they keep telling excuses and never refund.

Similar to just stealing, what they do. Stay way from that place.

Samsung has turrned into ... STAY AWAY!

Pure scam. Deleting reviews of products. Selling broken top end products that has to go directly for repairs and you have to do the job. No refund, nothing. Also they do not follow their online refund police, they just stop answering you and wait for time to run out.

Or they can do this: We only receive sealed packages as return. Even though it was not sealed on delivery... like what the ... ?

I wrote a review 6 months ago. Which inthemoneystocks and Gareth Soloway has now flagged. They try to combat all the bad reviews and trustpilot even let them. Very disappointed with Trustpilot as well. Stay away people. I lost more than 550k usd currently with this guy!!

Update / answer:
Yes it is indeed VERY ALARMING... If you look at the dates for the review you had deleted and now and check your portfolio and numbers it actually makes sense. You are down so insanely much and advise people in the worst way possible. You even modify your numbers along the way and do not tell the truth!

And once again you marked this review as harmful .... lol

Luckily TrustPilot do not see this review as a problem anymore. Thanks for that. Hope it will help other people.

Construction work for years next to…

Construction work for years next to newly sold Villas and apartments. Sound levels are way above allowed at night and they build 24/7. Last 3 days I had 7 hours of sleep in total. Had to sleep in the car in the basement parking.
They do not follow any rules, they do not respect their customers. Their communities email is the most useless joke. They just ask Chat GPT to make an email, send that and don’t do anything.

We have water damage in an all mew building, we have most likely mold / some weird smell as well in the master bedroom.

They do not care or do anything, sent them more than 40 emails. Same reply always and nothing happens.

Furthermore the general quality is so bad it would never even be approved in any european country.

So embarrassing for the owner of Emaar, cause he is quite smart. But this… his employees are ….

The support is some of the most useless…

The support is some of the most useless junk.

2 years ago they had an almost perfect email platform / system.

I asked them for 16 months to fix 1 bug, when you click backspace it jumps a line, so it often take double the time to write an email because you have to sort the line spaces all the time.

Their support said several times it's fixed. I tell them it's not, then they want to record videos etc. which I did 5 times and made this bug report from 18 different users / domains. They are just sooo freakin dumb.

They do not even bother to check the problem themselves and all I know using their service are so tired of it. Also the fact that you now get bombarbed with pop-ups all the time. Fine for a first time user I guess, but annoying to close all the time.
