Their return policies are not great (at least 10% of purchasing price) and furthermore they have a handling surcharge for the shipping costs. So here's my example: You buy a product for 259.-, when you send it back opened the same day, you are being charged 25.90, thus the product is now valued at 233.10 (minus 7.- for shipping). A few days later the returned product is offered 248.40 marked as discounted, but 15.30 more.
Besides, great selection of products, but unlike at its beginnings the prices have been rising and not too infrequently you will find the same product cheaper elsewhere, even at the manufacturer's site with their list prices. With the free-shipping I have the impression that the cost is priced into the products. Their news portal with more or less biased contributions of their journalists seem to be one reason that prices have gone up further.
Besides my poor example, most of my interactions are good, although Amazon remains the gold standard in service.

While the universe is a bit limited, the user interface is great and simple compared to the competitors. Really like the design.

Annoying is their political left views and news are biased. Also they can inflate small things like to power outage where they dedicated two full days to the topic providing opinions and commentaries without any purpose. Overall the moderators maintain a good vibe but at the end they talking about banalities.

Die Auswahl an Produkten ist wahrlich sehr gross. Shop-im-Shop finde ich gut, dann kann man alles über Galaxus abwickeln.
Preise sind durchmischt. Es ist schon lange nicht mehr so, dass die Preise durchwegs topp sind. Gefühlt würde ich sagen, dass man die Hälfte der Angebot auch anderswo zu gleichen oder besseren Preisen erhält. Längst muss Galaxus grössere Profite abwerfen, um ihre Expansion nach Europa zu finanzieren und v.a. den unnötigen redaktionellen Teil zu bezahlen.
Der Support ist manchmal sehr gut, v.a. bei der Bearbeitungsgeschwindigkeit. Aufgepasst, die Garantieerweiterungen sind Mogelpackungen mit Occasionsgerätersatz und abnehmender Rückerstattungen.

Faire automatisierte Angebote. Gerade für gemischte Portfolios ist True Wealth seit langem führend. Sehr guter Support. Schnelle Antworten. Und 3. Säule ohne Kosten. Steuerreporting bei allen Dienstleistungen inklusive - macht das Ausfüllen der Steuererklärung einfacher.

From there it’s all downhill. This airline lacks any service orientation and lives up to its poor reputation from the past - it would seem they like to be bad. My flight from Tokyo was delayed because a pilot was sick, so they flew with just one pilot, had a technical stop in Georgia where some of the crew was exchanged, all the while no real information was given, but constant apologies - for their poor handling of the problem? Obviously my connection in Warsaw was missed.
But more than words was not offered: there was no agent when arriving, every one had to queue for a long time at their understaffed help desk. They did not rebook automatically, nor where they holding seats, by the time it was my turn the next connection home was already gone and the the next flight was full, so I was rerouted over yet another city.
By EU law I was eligible for a compensation that they flatly declined twice. It takes them three weeks to reply for each answer. There is no way to contact the case handling person. Everything is done in a way it’s difficult to get in contact (through a web form) and they tell you off. To top it off, they broke my suitcase and that for sure happened in Poland and not in Japan.
Avoid this airline! It is unprofessional, uninterested and unreliable.

I am very happy with the loop earplugs quiet and one more. Since a friend recommended them to me, I use them at home and while travelling. They were a life changer.
I cannot confirm that they do not fit. A subtle trick is to put them in the ear then wait for a minute (so the silicone warms up) and then you twist/turn them into position and they will block out the noised from neighbours partying through the night or the trains passing in front of the house. My sleep has improved.
Where I am not calmer is the pricing policy of loop online. They charge 15% more in Switzerland than in Germany. So buy their product through Amazon if you can - they offer the fair price.

Webseite ist einfach gestrickt. Die Seite richtet sich eher an Personen mit Bedürfnissen aus dem Haushalt. Preise schwanken, gab auch schon gute Angebote. Online-Bestellungen lassen sich leider nicht stornieren, da der Prozess dazu per Email oder Telefon geschieht. Und das funktioniert, dann ich optimal, denn bis eine Reaktion erfolgt, ist das Produkt bereits versandt wurde.

Für die Post ist man gezwungen die Swiss ID zu verwenden. Um eine Postsendung anzuschauen, brauche ich keinen 8-stelligen Code, den ich dann von Hand abtippen muss. Zum Glück scheint das Vorhaben keinen Erfolg zu haben am Markt, obschon dies seit Jahren versucht wird.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, doch die Qualität der Kleider ist unter jeder Erwartung: Die Merino-Pullis sind nach ein paar Mal tragen und einmal waschen so verfuselt, dass man sie entsorgen kann. Bei der warmen Jacke fallen die alle drei Hauptknöpfe nach ein paar Wochen der Reihe nach aus. Das Futter fuselt (diesmal Synthetik-Material) und reibt sich mit dem Jacket. Auch nach 3 Monaten entsorgt - ich will das Zeug nicht mal weiterverschenken. Die Hosen sind Ok, aber zu kurz und am Ende doch nicht gut.
H&M ist besser. Denn WE-Mode ist ja nicht günstig und in Anbetracht der Qualität eigentlich sehr teuer. Mehr als knapp eine Saison halten die Kleidungsstücke nicht (ich habe für 1000 CHF gekauft, weil die Verkäuferin gut war). Oft kauft man im Laden zum regulären Preis, während Online Rabatte offeriert werden.
Nicht mehr für mich. Vielleicht hatte ich Pech.

FNAC is fighting the same problem as the other electronics store - it's great to touch and see the articles, but then one goes home and orders them online for less...
FNAC has a membership that costs to receive a discount that still cannot beat the full online stores.
FNAC can put out great offers for weeks but the articles are not available, but you can order them over and over and a week later the order is cancelled.
So I admit I am the reason why I these stores cannot survive ...

Es ist immer so eine Sache mit diesen Bieterplattformen: Lange geht alles rund, doch dann hat man Pech mit dem Verkäufer.
Obschon Ricardo keine Rechtshilfe gibt, unterstützen die Mitarbeiterinnen so gut als geht. Das gibt einem zwar das Geld nicht zurück, aber immerhin hat man das Gefühl, dass man unterstützt wird. So wird auch klar, weshalb die Verkäufergebühren eher hoch sind.

Schön gemachter Online-Shop mit einer riesigen Auswahl und hoher Verfügbarkeit zu guten Preisen.

Leider hat Calida massive Probleme. Es gibt wohl keinen Online-Shop, der so lange hat bis zur Auslieferung. Die Auswahl ist riesig und verwirrend. Die Such- und Filtermöglichkeiten auf der Webseite sind lächerlich. Hat man endlich etwas gefunden, kann man in 50% der Fälle davon ausgehen, dass die Grösse nicht verfügbar ist. Das Punktebonussystem ist definitiv nicht zu Gunsten der Kunden ausgelegt.
Die Produkte sind gut und schön, aber eben es wird immer schwieriger sie zu bekommen. Zudem gibt es kaum Langgrössen (v.a. findet man solche Produkte praktisch nicht). Tendentiell scheint man billigeren Materialen mehr Gewicht zu geben.
Das Kauferlebnis ist frustrierend,

Careful, they catch your attention with rates that are a bit cheaper than booking.com. But they charge you more when you pay. But since it will be too late for you to change your arrangements, you'll pay.
Not only this when you enter your credit card details, they still show you the lower price. It's when they charge your credit card that the price jumps up.
I realised when the credit card charged me, the confirmation on their site showed the lower one (luckily, I took a screenshot).
Not only this, in the email I received 40 minutes before I made the payment still showed the lower price.
When I called the helpline - btw very patient and friendly person - they insisted that it is in their small print that they calculate the price against "Agoda Cash" (basically from EUR - USD - EUR, you they get the fees twice). So I got a "we are very sorry".
I cancelled the booking and found the room cheaper elsewhere, so I was lucky. And my account is deleted at their company - I have never had such an experience online. Hands off!

Das äusserst freundliche Personal kann die Schwächen des Discounters nicht wettmachen. Markenprodukte kosten meistens weniger - 1 Rappen weniger als in der Migros. Die Eigenprodukte sind von unterschiedlicher Qualität, aber günstig heisst halt nicht gut, sondern brauchbar.
Schlimm ist der online Shop. Keine Beschreibungen für Produkte, die 1000.- kosten. Schwierig zu suchen. Anderes Angebot als im Laden - und natürlich umgekehrt. Vor dem Laden wird mit den Aktionen geworben, die in diesem Laden jedoch nicht verfügbar sind.

In Switzerland they are the distributor of Salomon goods. Appallingly high return fees (65.- CHF), unbelievable slow shipping process. And they are not even shipping from Switzerland. The company is just using the tax shelter here but do everything from abroad, is my guess.
Salomon has died for me as a brand that I liked before.

A nuisance even before the package arrives. The Website promises same day dispatching (in Switzerland through AMERSPORTS CO XPO LOGISTICS, sounds like a tax shell as the shipping comes from somewhere in the EU). In reality it takes them 36 hours before it is dispatched, another 12 hours for UPS to pick it up and yet another 12 hours before the first delay ("exception notification") arrives from UPS. It is a deadly nightmare in these days. Let's see if I am luck to get it in 5 days, I expect will take them a week.
This will be my last purchase from SALOMON as it is a disgrace how poor they run everything - not to mention that returning an item costs 64 CHF!!!

Shop is expensive. Good selection. Descriptions are ok, some more information would be welcome for an online shop selling clothing.
Return conditions are awful (65 CHF for a pair of ski pants).
