A nuisance even before the package arrives. The Website promises same day dispatching (in Switzerland through AMERSPORTS CO XPO LOGISTICS, sounds like a tax shell as the shipping comes from somewhere in the EU). In reality it takes them 36 hours before it is dispatched, another 12 hours for UPS to pick it up and yet another 12 hours before the first delay ("exception notification") arrives from UPS. It is a deadly nightmare in these days. Let's see if I am luck to get it in 5 days, I expect will take them a week.
This will be my last purchase from SALOMON as it is a disgrace how poor they run everything - not to mention that returning an item costs 64 CHF!!!
