Great selection of products, BUT

Their return policies are not great (at least 10% of purchasing price) and furthermore they have a handling surcharge for the shipping costs. So here's my example: You buy a product for 259.-, when you send it back opened the same day, you are being charged 25.90, thus the product is now valued at 233.10 (minus 7.- for shipping). A few days later the returned product is offered 248.40 marked as discounted, but 15.30 more.
Besides, great selection of products, but unlike at its beginnings the prices have been rising and not too infrequently you will find the same product cheaper elsewhere, even at the manufacturer's site with their list prices. With the free-shipping I have the impression that the cost is priced into the products. Their news portal with more or less biased contributions of their journalists seem to be one reason that prices have gone up further.
Besides my poor example, most of my interactions are good, although Amazon remains the gold standard in service.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, prices have also increased for us in recent years, which is reflected in the selling price. For the sake of transparency, we have implemented price tracking for each of our products, as well as price alerts that notify customers when an item on their wishlist becomes cheaper.

Regarding our return policy: Products can be returned free of charge at one of our shops, provided the original packaging has not been opened. Postal return costs must be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. The 10% deduction only applies to products where the original packaging has been opened, as we cannot resell an opened product as new. Unfortunately, customers are generally unwilling to pay the full price for an item that has already been opened.
