Not regulated to uk

I have has three orders destroyed by couriers ands vinted have said they where not wrapped properly when they where. Only got my money back on one.the courier service where happy to refund but said their customer was vinted and not myself so only vinted could ask them.
I decided not to use that courier service and changed to another who list my parcel. Was told to wait until seller git it back but still says returning to sender . They asked me to complete a form which I sent back that day. They refunded the seller but refused to refund me. They have said I didn't send the form back in time which I have sent the. Email evidence i did and I should be covered under buyer protection . They still refuse. They owe me over £50 for the items and financial ombudsman have said theh are Lithuanian and are not regulated by theuk. The legal team igbore all emails. Glad that ebay is now free to use as I won't be using vinted. Beware

Cheap but that's been because the…

Cheap but that's been because the customer service is dreadful. 20mins trying get into online chat asks you dame questions then logs you off.
Tells you to call hoe can you when you paid but still have no service. My SEN child has had no data for 3 days . I emailed and was told to change Internet settings didn't work. So was told to go closer to a window to get service and call them . I've said have no service. Avoid . Waste if money

Dreadful for family law

Dreadful for family law. No back bone what so ever. Side with the other sides solicitor. Don't get your views across to the other party particularly social workers and their solicitors stay quiet in meetings and don't defend you. Your end up with kids in care
