Working Day 11 no replies to email, no timeframe of when I’ll receive payment, let’s see what day 12 holds
Working day 11. No one has bothered to respond to my emails for the last 2 days, I called, the only thing they could tell me was someone might respond today or they might not; and I won’t be getting paid today. So 1 day after the day it was meant to be paid they still have no clue. They didn’t seem bothered on the phone and just wanted to end the call as quick as they could.
They don’t seem in any rush to pay people for the devices they have possession of. It’s like they’re purposely trying to delay payment as long as possible. As we approach the weekend it looks like i won’t get paid tomorrow.
Until it’s paid I’ll review the company every 24 hours, people thinking about selling devices to this company need to be aware of this dodgy business.
Although people in customer service I’ve spoken to so far don’t seem helpful it’s not their fault it’s taken so long. Unfortunately when a company has incompetent management (this one clearly has) it’s left to the employees to deal the terrible decisions made by higher ups
