Working Day 11 no replies to email, no timeframe of when I’ll receive payment, let’s see what day 12 holds

Working day 11. No one has bothered to respond to my emails for the last 2 days, I called, the only thing they could tell me was someone might respond today or they might not; and I won’t be getting paid today. So 1 day after the day it was meant to be paid they still have no clue. They didn’t seem bothered on the phone and just wanted to end the call as quick as they could.

They don’t seem in any rush to pay people for the devices they have possession of. It’s like they’re purposely trying to delay payment as long as possible. As we approach the weekend it looks like i won’t get paid tomorrow.

Until it’s paid I’ll review the company every 24 hours, people thinking about selling devices to this company need to be aware of this dodgy business.

Although people in customer service I’ve spoken to so far don’t seem helpful it’s not their fault it’s taken so long. Unfortunately when a company has incompetent management (this one clearly has) it’s left to the employees to deal the terrible decisions made by higher ups

Pay monthly’s great, used love holidays many times and no problems

Used love holidays for around 3 years now, lost count of how many trips booked with them. Maybe over 10, and so far haven’t had any problems. They offer good prices, a convenient app that has all the info you need and everything goes pretty smoothly. The pay monthly plans are definitely a great asset, it makes it affordable to have more than 1 holiday booked at a time. Usually have 3-4 booked at a time and less than £130 per person per month in total

Do not deal with this company, they don’t pay you even though they have possession of your device

I’ve previously sold a device to this company, they gave me the price that they advertised, I received payment for it quick. So I when I decided to sell my iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB I thought of the good experience I’ve had previously and thought it would be a no brainer to use them again. How wrong I was.

When I went through the online quote I was told £525, one of the best offers out there. However after receiving my device they send an incredibly insulting offer of a measly £250, I declined to which they offered £275. Again poor. All of a sudden after declining that I was offered £400 as a final payment. This amount is still offensive. I stupidly agreed because I wanted the money quickly. They try to find any excuse to lower the price. The screen was in good condition but according to them had deep scratches. The only issue with the device was a little mark at the top of the device. It had 100% battery health and very few cycles.

If I had gone to another company I know I would of got more money, but at the time I was tired and didn’t want the hassle.

Unfortunately it’s been nothing but hassle dealing with this company.

I chose them and also accepted the offensive offer because of the quick payment.

I got an email around 8pm on 23rd Sep saying payment is processing, and I’ll get it between 7-10 working days, I emailed yesterday and because 23rd at the time they emailed me it was out of there business working day it was day 9. Today is day 10, I’ve sent 3 emails. They have not responded or sent the money. So they had no intention of paying me today.

The companies business day ends at 5pm, therefore they’ve failed to pay or provide proof they have sent the funds within the timeframe. It’s clear they couldn’t care less. I will be applying through small claims court tonight for the value that they owe me. If it’s reached the end of the business day on day 10 and they haven’t paid you I suggest you do the same. If more and more do they’ll have to start paying on time.


I know for next time not to deal with these, I recommend you avoid them.

Offensive offers, no payment and no response to email

Suspends accounts and don’t tell you why. AVOID!!!

I received emails inviting to apply for products yesterday, I went to sign in today and my account has been suspended. No email or communication with a reason. Absolutely abysmal, theirs no reason to suspend me. I’m disappointed in this sham of a company. I’ve applied for loads of tests but never got any. So a waste of time anyway.

Paid the highest by far for my device

Sold my IPad, gadget reclaim offered the highest amount and the whole process was super quick, got an email from them saying it had arrived at 09:50, at 15:00 got an email saying that the device has passed all of the checks and the money was in my account an hour later. Pays more and also much quicker then other companies I’ve sold stuff to in the past. Will definitely be the first place I get a quote from when selling another device.

Great until there’s a problem then they ignore you

Purchased a few items online, most were great. However I purchased a fan online from the Camden store. The remote was pictured with the product but it wasn’t in the package. Filled out the web form a couple of times however I haven’t received a single response.
Very disappointing as I used to really like cash converters

Don’t process postal entries and don’t respond to emails

Sent in 2 postal entries first class on Tuesday morning, so should of arrived Friday latest. however they have not been entered, i followed the terms and conditions, printed on postcard so it was clearly legible, thought this would be a decent company, but unfortunately I’m wrong.

Edit:

They claimed I don’t have an account that’s why the entries weren’t processed
I emailed them including a screenshot of the email with the date and time I signed up and haven’t recieved any response, however they’ve flagged the review. Clearly shows they don’t want people seeing how dishonest they are.

I have sent a few postal entries, however these were not processed. I emailed them a couple of times but they have not bothered to respond.

they are not fulfilling their obligations set out by the gambling commission.

Don’t respond to any messages or reply to reviews however will flag your review on trustpilot because they want negative reviews to be deleted. Definitely not to be trusted

Doesn’t enter postal entries and ignores emails

"we want to build great relationships with you" what a load of crap

I sent in some postal entries, one of which was via first class, it would have reached them either 30th or 2nd at the latest.

all 3 draws have ended and nothing has been added, Ive emailed them 2 times which they ignored. I just went to login on the website but my details were not recognised. when I tried resetting my password it said my email was not valid.

it seems that they do not process the postcard entries then when you ask they delete your account.

I was not rude in anyway in my email, these people are fraudsters. I will be reporting them to the gambling commission and ASA

These people claim to be running a legit business, however they refuse to fulfil their obligations set out by the gambling commission,

they are quick to delete accounts but they don't reply to emails

Has forms to use for postal entries to ensure you don’t forget anything, processes them which a lot of other raffle sites don’t. Very quick and polite customer service and a great choice of raffles

Won £50 credit instant win, then bought some tickets using the credit and won £100 instant win. Within 10 mins of sending my bank details it was in my account. Thank you

Rose scented urine

Purchased Oud Fleur, it smells nothing like it, there is no scent of oud whatsoever, it smells like rose scented urine, an absolute waste of money, usually purchase from noted aromas but saw a sale and thought I would give copycat a try, definitely won’t be doing that again
