Good quality product, not so good WhatsApp support and quality control
Purchased twist2go. Blinds arrived with faulty pin head which meant I couldn’t lock them into place, contacted WhatsApp support who told me it would take over 2 weeks to receive the part, and just kept sending me pics of the manual for stuff for me to try when i already told them what the problem was and what needed to be done,
Got a call from Jordan who went down and found the part which he sent out Royal Mail first class,
Fitted them yesterday, they’re not fully blackout as the sides still let light shine through a little bit it is still a significant difference compared to without, quality of material is good and feels durable,
The only downsides are the lack of attention to detail in quality control and the WhatsApp customer support.
