I regularly buy the same product. It always turns up well packaged, on time and in good condition. Never had an issue with them, so can't comment on customer service in that respect, but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive so far over the course of 2 years.

Very Poor quality product. Did not fit at all. Like a cheap pair of plastic Halloween vampire teeth!

Found the website a little frustrating to navigate, but once I'd found what I wanted the process of ordering, paying and delivery was second to none. Next day delivery, lots of updates regarding delivery and arrived really well packaged. Lovely machine, does what it's meant to and is working faultlessly. Overall I would recommend using this company based on my experience of a first time customer.

Buyer beware. Ordered a highlander hawk bivi back in August. No sign of it, does not respond to email or answer phone. Not really sure what is going on with this business but I have written off the money or ever receiving the goods. I was offered a refund which I declined as I was happy to wait for the goods a little longer and was informed there were dispatch issues, but they have not turned up over a month later. No replies to calls or emails. I expect a plausible reply from the owner as to the why and wherefore. But as I say, just be aware of some of the poor experience and service standards exhibited by this business. I will not be using nor recommending. I wash my hands of it.
