Stephan was contacted immediately after his order, and several times after that.

I made an error; I accept full responsibility for that. There was a pricing error on the website.

When I finally got him, his response was "I don't answer calls I don't recognize." Fair enough, but to insinuate that the time frame was my negligence is false.

expecting me to honor the price was unrealistic, nor does that have anything to do with our Price Match Promise.

His stance was that of "opportunism," so I refunded him immediately after reading his message. Card payments take 3 to 5 working days to reappear in a bank account.

Camping Gear

I placed an order with Wylies for around £100 of various kit. The same day, the owner rang me to say one of the smaller items was damaged (due to a tree falling on their storage area). Not only did the owner apologise but he also offered a replacement for no charge and he replaced it with a better item! I was very impressed with the customer service. My items arrived within 2 days. Very happy.

Top Notch Customer Service and Value!

I recently ordered some new camping things for the summer. The morning after my order (I ordered late in the evening) Drew personally rang me to let me know the tent I ordered was no longer in stock due to the supplier but gave me some fantastic information and advice on different options.
He personally let me know when he had packed it up and sent it off too.

Drew clearly loves his business and his customers and is incredibly knowledgeable. I will definitely be buying more things from him soon!

DD Superlight Tarp

The description and photographs of the product in various configurations was a great help in guiding me when I made this purchase.
Wylies' customer service is excellent and I appreciated the reduced price of the product compared to other retailers.
I highly recommend Wylies and would use them again for any future gear requirements.

Orders over £50 are free, and we use DPD for all our orders.

This service costs £7.85 per parcel, we charge £5.99 for order under £50.00
