OVO ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I left Ovov over 3 years ago and for the last months they have been demanding money from with menaces. They hold me by phone and by email that I don't owe them anything. I have downloaded my Bills from the time I was with Ovo and they confirm that I don't owe them anything. They have stalked and harassed me (I am a Pensioner) by phone, email and letter for a sum I do not owe.
All their correspondence shows that they are inept and incompetent and I am taking this harassment campaign to Ofgem and The Police.

Nearly a year to still fail to set up a direct debit

Despite spending nearly a year, the incompetence at Nationwide were unable to set up a simple monthly direct debit. During that time I dodged not encounter any representative who did not lie to me, even senior staff

the ads in no way reflect the demise and awful reputation the business now represents

No wonder the ASA upheld complaints about their ads.

Not only do they pretend to be friendly as part of a ruse before they turn in an instant, they would rather face the Ombudsman and avoid much larger awards than behave with integrity and decency by offering a much lesser amount which proves they have no clue how to treat customers and improve their reputation.

It seems rescuing their reputation may well be a ship that has long since sailed

OutFox took £50 from me by keeping hold…

OutFox took £50 from me by keeping hold of exit fees they are not legally entitled to and after promising faithfully they would not do this

When I switch to another supplier inside 49 days of my contract ending, IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE EXIT FEES. I switched with only 22 days left on my contract and I shall be taking this to the Energy Ombudsman unless my £50 is returned within 7 days

This is not a company that can be trusted. Avoid

Some many lies but one company that is supposed to be all about it's members but who lies to their members

I set up a direct debit to take a monthly amount to pay my credit card. Nationwide lied to me time and time again saying the direct debit was being processed. It was not and never was. They then claimed a ghost payment. I told them no money left my account and so their debit claim was untrue. They maintained the direct debit was done. This was a lie. I made a manual payment. After some days they claimed a reversal of payment which is another lie as if they had received a direct debit and then reversed it, money would go back to my current account but you can't reverse a payment that was never made.
Nationwide claimed my Bank cancelled the direct debit (AFTER the fake ghost direct debit). I have proof from my Bank that this is another lie.
Nationwide promised to call me today but that promise became another lie.
Ombudsman complaint to begin shortly and all my evidence is in documentary form. Nationwide are clearly not bothered about their reputation. Perhaps a complaint to ASA about their TV ads is also in order

Review of Outfox Energy

When you switch away OutFox seem to lose sense

during the contract things were fine. It was after I switched for cheaper rate that things went awry. I was told my account was in debit. Then in credit by £50 and then they tried to charge me exit fees which did not apply.
I have screenshots to prove they should refund me £50 but they have no refunded me only £29.90.
Even if the refund was only £29.90 when you add back in the refund for illegal exit fees the refund is seriously below where it should be.
They went optically silent when I told them them I have the screenshot taken well after they stopped supplying our gas and electricity and so I am not at all happy with the amount of the refund and the inappropriate constant changing their stories and going from debit to credit.
They just don't seem to know what they're doing
BTW Farha asked me to mention his/her name in this review and as I am dissatisfied with the refund, I have still done as asked.

The condition was described as fair but the shirt it totally unwearable due to the logo covering most of the front looking as if someone tried to rub it out using an old eraser.

WONT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

They played me as pig in the middle…

They played me as pig in the middle between them and Royal Mail. They told me my item was delivered which was a blatant lie and refused to do anything with Royal Mail to enable me to get my item
I have begun chargeback with my Bank which is covered by section 75 protection

No email was ever received and all I got was more nonsense about not being able to check on Royal Mail website which was working normally as I used it to find out that Royal Mail was also lying to me.
I instructed Royal Mail via X (receipt confirmed) to return the item to you as they apparently sent it to a Post Office a couple of miles away...BUT as I am medically prevented from leaving my home for a couple of months, the item might as well be in Japan.
The item was meant to be delivered directly to me (screenshot retained) and as it wasn't, that constitutes a fundamental breach. The item was not and has not been delivered to me and Mr. Spex categorically refused to assist in anyway and so my review stands as a company that will not help it's clients is not worth doing business with

Royal Lying Mail

I waited at home for over 4 hours within 10 feet of my front door. Royal Mail had the temerity to claim they tried to deliver but no one was home. To add insult to this heinous lie, no card was left proving that they had not tried to deliver at all.
Royal Mail won't let me collect my item as I don't have the card that they NEVER left cos they never came here

No problem with the parking side of things but I went via Quidco and the Cashback was rejected and not honoured by Airport Parking Luton and so I am unimpressed and will consider other parking suppliers who might be more honourable

Sainsburys / Nectar send me discounted…

Sainsburys / Nectar send me discounted prices weekly.

The problem is Sainsbury's never have most of the offers in stock. It seems to be a deliberate ploy as when there are no discounted prices there is no stock problem. As soon as they offer a discount, there is literl=ally no stock. From the shelves it is easy to tell that the items have been out of stock for some time. Why send me discounted prices of things Sainsburys do not have? It's infuriating.

Evri are a bunch of liars

Evri said they would deliver a parcel between 8pm-9pm on Saturday September 16th. 2023. Nothing arrived. No card. Nothing. Then Iget an email claiming they tried to deliver but I wasn't home. A BALD FACED LIE. They'd have left a card if it were true but they didn't and it wasn't.
A reputable company would then re-deliver asap. Not Evri. They won't supposedly attempt to deliver to A FURTHER 5 DAYS AT BEST.
This company have no clue about honesty and integrity. The worst delivery company by a country mile with continual lying adding insult to injury.

They can't even understand that when you plan a drive and then hit the save button, the planned drive is NOT saved making the "facility" useless.

Appalling customer "service."

Appalling customer "service."
They tried to tell me that my feet must have grown if all. my other size q0 shoes fitted me but the new pair I ordered were too small.
It got worse when they said a team member would contact me and when no one did, they again tried to say I was lying and when I proved otherwise I was met with total silence, to this day.

My original TV purchase did not work properly. I returned it to the Currys store expecting the to be a huge fight and a lot of nonsense but I was pleasantly surprised that an exchange was effected swiftly with the outstanding assistance of Jane at the Friern Retail Store
