Some many lies but one company that is supposed to be all about it's members but who lies to their members

I set up a direct debit to take a monthly amount to pay my credit card. Nationwide lied to me time and time again saying the direct debit was being processed. It was not and never was. They then claimed a ghost payment. I told them no money left my account and so their debit claim was untrue. They maintained the direct debit was done. This was a lie. I made a manual payment. After some days they claimed a reversal of payment which is another lie as if they had received a direct debit and then reversed it, money would go back to my current account but you can't reverse a payment that was never made.
Nationwide claimed my Bank cancelled the direct debit (AFTER the fake ghost direct debit). I have proof from my Bank that this is another lie.
Nationwide promised to call me today but that promise became another lie.
Ombudsman complaint to begin shortly and all my evidence is in documentary form. Nationwide are clearly not bothered about their reputation. Perhaps a complaint to ASA about their TV ads is also in order
