Instore experince and sales is good but worst delivery system

Instore experince and sales is good, but their delivery system is terrible , no clear updates when it will be delivered, i clearly mentioned to the employee that i will book only if it is delivered before my vacation , he assured it while booking, but till date no clarity , just some one week period mentioned in webiste nothing else, terrible wesbite experince too

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Went to buy Prada sunglasses & payment didn’t go through twice. Then my bank contacted me to say fraudulent transactions on my account. I will never use them again. Very concerning.

The status said it’s delivered but it…

The status said it’s delivered but it wasn’t delivered. I contacted customer service chat and it said the delivery is taking longer. I don’t know what information to believe. Please provide consistent information.

They try to flog you extras after you have ordered and they won't process it until you answer their email, which I missed

I designed my prescription sunglasses, paid for them, recieved my confirmation email, just in time for going on holiday, everything seemed to be going smoothly.

Then I recvieve an email several days later informing me they won't start producing them until I accept or decline some extra lense upgrades. If I wanted upgrades, I would have asked for it during the design process.

So now my glasses wouldn't arrive in time for my holiday and I had to cancel my order and look to see if there is another company that will produce them to arrive in time. Ridiculous.

I will update this if I have any problems recieving my refund.

Edit: After the response from Mr Spex I feel I should clarify that I am here to inform people of the shoddy business practice of trying to squeeze extra money from a customer who has already paid for goods and was expecting them within a set timeline.

Had you read my review properly you would see there is nothing you can do. I was informed by your customer service advisor that the waiting period to recieve my glasses starts after I have responded to your upgrade offer, which is too late.

This is a quote from the confirmation email:
'Thank you for placing your order with Mister Spex.

We received your order on 31.05.2025 and will process it further for you as soon as possible... Your order is expected to be delivered in 7-15 workdays. '

Today is 04/06/2025, I was advised I would have to wait upto another 15 days, by which time I'll be in Thailand spending my £90 refund on rum and coconuts and squinting away from the sun

They played me as pig in the middle…

They played me as pig in the middle between them and Royal Mail. They told me my item was delivered which was a blatant lie and refused to do anything with Royal Mail to enable me to get my item
I have begun chargeback with my Bank which is covered by section 75 protection

No email was ever received and all I got was more nonsense about not being able to check on Royal Mail website which was working normally as I used it to find out that Royal Mail was also lying to me.
I instructed Royal Mail via X (receipt confirmed) to return the item to you as they apparently sent it to a Post Office a couple of miles away...BUT as I am medically prevented from leaving my home for a couple of months, the item might as well be in Japan.
The item was meant to be delivered directly to me (screenshot retained) and as it wasn't, that constitutes a fundamental breach. The item was not and has not been delivered to me and Mr. Spex categorically refused to assist in anyway and so my review stands as a company that will not help it's clients is not worth doing business with

Got my prescription wrong 3 times

Got my prescription wrong 3 times. So I returned the glasses 3 times, because what they made was not what the prescription said. Every delivery I waited for more than a month. Then they started being rude in the store, even though I wanted to buy glasses from them still. They did not want to recognise the prescription from my ophthalmologist doctor. Amateurs.
