Dear Superdrug Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to one of your stores, where I experienced unwelcoming and unprofessional service from a member of staff.
I had made the effort to walk specifically to your store to purchase my shampoo, and I hardly spoke during the transaction — yet the moment I mentioned I didn’t have my physical discount card but could enter my email instead, the staff member’s ,Rabaya’s ,attitude immediately changed for the worse.
She sighed and told me the keyboard wasn’t working, and that she would have to do it herself. From that point on, her manner became very cold and dismissive. She made no effort to be polite or professional, and her tone and body language made me feel like I was a nuisance.
What made this experience even more uncomfortable was the clear contrast in how she treated the customer ahead of me. That person — who, was of Asian background as her — was met with a friendly and warm attitude. In comparison, I, a white customer, was treated with visible irritation and what felt like open hostility.
I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but the stark difference in treatment left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and targeted. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or judged for any reason, and I left the store feeling why was i treated like that?
I hope this issue will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of background or appearance.

The worst service ever i have used

The worst service ever i have used. No communication for day’s from customer service.If there is any problem it takes ages you to get money back. I sell & buy . If i sell anything then parcels gets lost in the in-post. If i buy then seller’s don’t sell the items or not confirming their order. Then i have to wait 10 days until item gets cancelled automatically. And then another 5 days until i get refund. A propel night mare !
I bought 7 items and 3 wasn’t send- seller’s didn’t send the items .

Unfortunately this company didn’t…

Unfortunately this company didn’t deserve even 1 star. Many of my parcels been lost or stolen because of their aunt responsible drivers. They never rings the bell.Throws the parcels outside the door from their car window ,and leaves. If i lucky to see i can come and pick it up,but if not it will be stolen by teft straight a way. Just recently lost 3 parcels in 1 months . My child been left in tears because she was waiting for her christmas's present . But thanks to Evri drivers for losing my parcel and leaving my child in tears.

From the very start i felt ,that I’m in the very save hand’s. This was my second visit. First visit was a bit anxious because it was my first time even going to that country. But this time i was going like to my own home.It was stress free honestly. Because i knew,that I’m 100% save & in the right hands. The team extremely friendly & and careful about everything. Doctor’s very professional & really knows their job very well. The main thing pain free from the very start. As i said before,i can’t thank them enough 🙏 Thank you so much for giving me chance to eat as normal again 🙏You guy’s are brilliant!!!
I really recommend this clinic to everyone! Because i know how difficult is to find good and honest clinics. This clinic is exactly what everyone is looking for.This clinic is the best! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you choose “Smile Centre Turkey “ team.

The best clinic and surgeon’s i could find so far…

"I got recommendations about this clinic from my friend. I made decision to do my treatment here too. I was really anxious & nervous before coming here because i was going alone. And it was my first time ever going to this country. But since i came here,i have no doubts,that i made the best decision ever in my life. I been treated like a princess here from the moment i landed to Antalya.When i came out from the airport the driver was waiting for me with the greetings with the VIP car as it was promised.All staff were incredibly kind! Whenever i needed to contact them during the time i been here they always been in the minutes right there.Even in the night they replied to my messages when i needed. My treatment was for bond grafting ,for 7 implants and tooth’s extraction. The surgeon’s did amazing job with a big care. I can’t thank them enough they are just amazing! And it was really good value. Hotel staff were amazing too! Incredibly amazing until last minute i leave. As i said i can’t thank them enough 🙏I just want to say a big thank you to all Smile Center Turkey team 🙏 I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who still thinking which clinic to chose. For care,for money wise and everything. "

My 6Y old girl asked me to take her for…

My 6Y old girl asked me to take her for ear piercing last Saturday. We booked at Kingston store and went to do the piercing. As soon as we walked in ,the atmosphere wasn’t good there. 4 ladies at the till and all grumpy. I asked how much is the cheapest price to do the piercing? She said £50 Then i said ,but online before i booked clearly says,that cheapest is £22 kit…She said no ,we don’t do for £22 and i don’t know what you talking about.I asked who can give me the answer then that online is one price and here different? She said i don’t know 🤷‍♀️ I said,but this is weird! Online 1 price and in store tottaly different story. Then i asked again what is the cheapest price …? She said £30 Well,i said why didn’t you tell me then at first when i asked you about…? She said because we don’t recommend those £30 for your child and bla bla bla. I said i thought i know my child better then you and i can decide what is good for her. I asked what is cheaper but not what you recommend. I found this very upsetting! Just greedy for money!
Yeah and one more thing! That Rapid lotion £15 should be optional. I have 3 in home and i still been forced to buy that one as well even i said i have allready 3 at home. £15 extra for no reason. I will never ever go there back again!!! The lady who done our piercing,she didn’t even say hello to my girl or other single word. She works with childrens,she should be more trained how to distract their anxiety and etc. They left us in shock to be honest.
