Why do they continually move products around…

Why do they continually move products around the store??
Certain aisles I always avoid because they contain items I'm not interested in - if they subsequently put other items in that aisle I will never see or purchase them.
Last time I pushed my trolley to the far corner of the store where the heavy sacks of dog food usually are but nothing there. After pushing the trolley up and down many aisles on the way back to the tills I found somebody to ask (eventually), and they told me dog food was now in the other furthest corner of the store. No way was I walking back there to get it. Next time I'm sure they will again be in a different place again.
The next visit I abandoned a trolley half full because I could not find items I was looking for (they were not in their usual place) and couldn't find anybody to ask.
I feel that every visit to Costco leaves me angry and frustrated for that reason......

I don't like the way they try to sign you up

In the end I did not sign up but I feel that the way this company tries to sign up customers is very very wrong. I hear what they say in all of their replies to reviews that customers "must have signed up and agreed to £18 monthly cost" but 1 in every 4 people reviewing on here gives the company a score of 1 or 2 stars!! Why then do they not act on the feedback from these customers and do much more to make it extremely clear at the outset about the charge!? The popup message on my shopping site said "claim cash back" in a VERY big font, then in a much smaller font "click below to join the programme to claim" and then in a TINY FONT "£18 per month charge"Why not put the £18 charge in the LARGEST font on each popup and web page? I also complained to the retailer that they should remove this popup "offer" from their site.

Fantastic team at Just Wheel Repair!

Fantastic team at Just Wheel Repair!. They had me booked in for the following week and Luke arrived at my house to remove and take away my four badly damaged wheels. A few days later, he returned with the wheels in pristine condition and refitted everything!
I recommend this company, they are very friendly, polite and professional and do a fantastic job!

£700 oven lasted 4 years....

After paying £650 for what I thought was a premium brand oven, it broke down almost exactly at 4 years old. I thought that under the Consumer Rights Act it should last a reasonable amount of time but customer service would not assist me with sending an engineer to report on the fault.
