I don't like the way they try to sign you up
In the end I did not sign up but I feel that the way this company tries to sign up customers is very very wrong. I hear what they say in all of their replies to reviews that customers "must have signed up and agreed to £18 monthly cost" but 1 in every 4 people reviewing on here gives the company a score of 1 or 2 stars!! Why then do they not act on the feedback from these customers and do much more to make it extremely clear at the outset about the charge!? The popup message on my shopping site said "claim cash back" in a VERY big font, then in a much smaller font "click below to join the programme to claim" and then in a TINY FONT "£18 per month charge"Why not put the £18 charge in the LARGEST font on each popup and web page? I also complained to the retailer that they should remove this popup "offer" from their site.
