Just switched to Keeper. So much better in almost every way.

The tool has consistently grown more glitchy over the last 2 years. Now, I find out that they are injecting data attributes into the html of websites through their browser extension. These data attributes change the background color of the text boxes, and in some cases it's the same color as the text, so uses cant see the text that is entered and they think something is wrong.
This demonstrates a lack of professional acumen regarding software design.

Same story as others. Been using the service for the better part of a decade. It's been great, up until the last year or so. I guess ActiveCampaign is finally infecting the product with it's mediocrity.

This developer pushed an update that changes all images on my site to have rounded corners of 1280px; and the admin setting to change this is not being save to the database.
They destroyed my site.

Updated domain name, now the paid plugin will not process updates. Can't access the customers account, because 2FA, and it wasnt previously. Brainstorm force's application is resulting production delays. Avoid.

Dear Brainstorm Force - Instead of jumping through hoops that your product introduces, the client approved the work to replace all of the widgets that your plugin provided.
Now they are cancelling their renewal with your company.
Companies like yours need to learn how to serve your clients better, they are your customer, but they have others working on the site.
What's bad is, they actually reached out to your company, and was told there is nothing that could be done. So in the end, I guess you really didn't value this customer.

GoDaddy has a unique talent for ruining everything it touches. Three years ago, I stopped using them as a domain registrar, and now they've outdone themselves by ruining the WP Manage tool too. They should train their developers in asynchronous web development.

My parents use Tracfone. Switched from an Android to Iphone. Tracfone sent them an eSim, with inaccurate instructions , which led them to render both devices to a broken state. First, we had to track down the tech support number, then had to spend 4 hours on the phone with them, on a Sunday fixing the situation.

Recently forced everyone to use passwordless login, which requires you to jump through hoops just to access your account. Nonsense, never buying anything again.

Truly awful and frustrating experience. Staff are the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with.
The interface is cumbersome. Their IP addresses are always getting blacklisted, and they are not proactive about resolving.
Raising issues about the service is met with no or non-responses.
Avoid this company.
