The site is buggy

The site is buggy. Looks ok, but can't upload pictures, and other parts of the process seem to crash. Doesn't explain why certain things aren't working. Keeps freezing. Photo standards are good, but as someone who has partial facial paralysis, being told to smile is a little frustrating.

Solid service

Food comes on time. Tasty. Couldn't edit what meals I was receiving one week which was frustrating. Customer service tells you it will take up to 48 hours reply. On the expensive side. Can recreate the same meals for less without all the packaging though it takes a little more time. Nice to try and good if you want to have tasty calorie balanced meals without the time cooking.

Payment page doesn't work

Payment page doesn't work. Tried a different browser.
Tried two different devices. Phoned (but only on a weekday as they're closed at the weekends). Chap told me they had been aware of this issue for a couple of weeks. Can you imagine a business operating like this? Ludicrous. Who developed this trash? A private company? Dreadful. They should have no business developing anything at any level.

Always issues

There is always an issue with their deliveries. Today is just the latest farce. I was given a two-hour window. An hour and a half into that two-hour window, I get a message saying the two-hour window has been put back by two hours. With the technology available there's really no need for people to be sat at home for hours waiting on deliveries.

Check how much your payments are

This was formally a five-star review but two years running they have increased my monthly payments by over 100% without any notice. No email. No letter. When I contact them about this they hold their hands up and say it was an oversight. Once I can understand but two years running. From £20 a month to £46 a month. With no notice. Not good. UPDATE: The below reply doesn't even tally with what I was told - that an email was sent in November 23 regarding an update that happened in March 24 though there was no email sent on the date I was given or any time around then (not in spam either).

This doesn't sound right, we email the reminder 4-6 weeks in advance, they can sometimes land in the junk/spam folder so best checking in there. When you've had your cover over 12 months, any discount wouldn't roll over into the next year, but the team are always happy to chat about renewal options.

My local station uses this rubbish

My local station uses this rubbish. It’s terrible. The system is badly designed. When you click pay nothing happens for ages. It then hangs. And hangs. And hangs. And finally you get a time out. But stop. Don’t try again. quite often your payment has already been already. How do you know this? Well, you’ll have to check your bank account. But what’s this!? They’ve taken the payment twice. Can you get your money back? Try calling the contact line and hold. And hold. And hold. No one is there. Get to the station early. Use the machine. Save yourself time and money.

Absolute trash service. I have no idea who runs the service but they should be fired. Everybody in any management role of this organisation should be fired. Constant delays. Constantly running late.
