My wife asked me to order her two head scarve type things that keep her hair in good order while she sleeps.
I was amazed that they were £15 each as no more than a thin bandana type thing but proceeded only to find for some unexplained reason Bambonn add VAT after so with VAT & delivery these small simple bits of material were £39 for two.
Terrible tracking, impossible to communicate with & finally arrived at 21.21 at night.
Changing names achieved nothing if you don't change practices.
I often ask sellers if they use EVRI & if so I go elsewhere.
Genuinely detest this company.
###Anyone who has dealt with Evri before knows that is the standard lovey cuddly concerned BS response, nothing changes & they know who I am from the tracking number.###

Really disappointed with Tapi, had a visit to measure & quote.
Firstly told I need the floor screeded again for £210 & then the actual quote was inflated by:-
Delivery charge Admin fee Flooring Tape
Not how I have bought flooring before, in my experience I agree a price plus a fitting charge & the job is done.
Not storing any flooring at showrooms & then charging for delivery is a scam, admin fees & tape are surely just part of the sale.

EE like most phone companies write so many clauses into their T&C's the contract is virtually worthless.
Took Scam Guard out just 3 months ago with our new contracts but now told it is increasing 50%.
Of course EE quote said T&C's, the 'resolution' is not having it. Suck it up or cancel it, they factor cancellations into these increases hence 50% so still profit.
Exactly what BT used to do & exactly why they lost customers year on year until EE took over but in truth this is BT's playbook.

Upsale scam on the new grinder, they have removed the spanner locater in the handle so cable free but now need to carry the spanner.
If you complain they inform you they can supply an easy fix nut for £18 including postage. Why not keep the spanner in the handle as previous design or supply with the easy fix nut.
I recently purchased a cordless grinder to replace my cabled ryobi one, really disappointed to find they had removed the spanner holder in the handle so now cordless but nowhere for the spanner.
On complaining to Ryobi I get told I can buy an easy fix nut to illiminate the need for the spanner.
SEE THE SCAM, it could of come with the nut or the same handle to still take the spanner but they want another £12 plus £6 postage, such a low & cynical move to squeeze the customer base. Really really disappointing as own plenty of Ryobi kit.

New tradepro customer & had some board cut for free at Wickes which led me to be confident in placing a bigger order for delivery, I walked in and was told they could deliver 8 sheets of osb board for me but when I enquired about cutting to 6x4 they then won't deliver.
They'll cut it but won't deliver or they'll deliver as long as its not cut.
I offered to get it cut instore & bring to the trade till for delivery but still a 'no'. I left surprised & will get elsewhere, not very trade friendly in my opinion.
Even called customer services to check as confused but they said its their policy.

Abri gardening crew constantly only cut the greens along Mansbridge Rd but not the ones further into the estate.
Rarely are the green areas addressed.
Does senior management know this?
We pay for this service but don't receive it.
## standard Abri response if you look through reviews, don't like people at their office,don't like calls, just don't work for the people, they cut the grass & missed more bits than a blind man wet shaving.##

So dissapointed, LV have been great but tried an huge increase on renewal this year with no claims or changes.
Was £280 increased to £470 but renewed with the AA for £330.
## 70% increase! I appreciate the response but see no justification for a 70% increase, I got the same policy at the AA for a near 20% increase.
So many companies are using the publicised increases to covertly increase profit margins. ##

Today 17.30 with Simon Mayo I thought he was talking to a colleague asking where he was & he replied at "Wickes Kitchens" & then proceeded to have a conversation constantly mentioning Wickes.
Eventually became Obvious it was an advertising feature but out of order & not a listener who wants to be scammed.
These strokes are not acceptable & the up until now growing market share can soon reverse.
