I very rarely shop either store. However, recently I had a charge on my bank statement that I didn't recognize. My bank TD Bank could not figure out the company charge and advised a dispute. Fast forward- bc they use Comenity for there payments, it wasn't identified as Ann Taylor. After several calls to ATL and my bank, the charge was going through. An email stating the charge is still not paid and accruing charges. Called ATL- s/w Chris- who was rude and over spoke my every word. Spoke with a supervisor- Jennifer- who was equally not hearing anything I had to say. Now I will NOT pay the $74.07 that was due!! And I will NEVER shop them again!! Good work!

I found a contractor for irrigation on…

I found a contractor for irrigation on Angi. The contractor stated he accepted credit cards, but doesn’t. He did not provide any real written estimate or what was included in the project. He agreed to a price , noting what equipment was included, in a text. The day he was to begin the project, he showed up with another man and didn’t have the irrigation clock. Then he stated he was done but there was a leak which wasn’t there to begin with. Without going on and on - this contractor was anything but professional. In a rush to pay him, bc his wife was after him to get the job paid, by mistake I over paid $100 on Zelle. They will not refund me and are trying to say I owe them money ??! I complained to Angi list and after many communications, they would only agree to give me back $50. Not only would I not recommend this contact or but Angi list did nothing to protect the next customer. McCullough landscaping and irrigation is a farce !!

I’m will never order from Boston Proper…

I’m will never order from Boston Proper again. They shipped out my dress within two days or ordering. I received tracking info that I’d receive in 3 days. Fed Ex -dress got to Orlando and I live three hours from there. Somehow or someone decided to send it to California!! Called Boston Proper customer service and both ladies I spoke to, gave the most ridiculous excuses why this happened. I requested they send another dress overnight and I’d return the other. They wouldn’t do that and return refund doesn’t include refund on shipping. Most companies will waive the shipping.

All calls were being blocked

All calls were being blocked. My family could not contact me, business and other important calls were being blocked. I tried to cancel and deactivate but can’t. My phone carrier is NOT listed!!! I can’t contact them and will ultimately call my credit card company. I also never received notice that free trial was over.
