Tesco mobile has been a great experience for me. The website is easy to use with plenty of choice. There is the added bonus of having a shop to pop into if you need something to be clarified and you can do this while you shopping! Excellent been very happy with service and product, living rurally it was very important for me to have a phone that worked and I have not been disappointed.

This is the first time in many years of needing an engineer for our indesit washing machine. The problem was solved repair carried out and machine up and working again within a short space of time. I have always rated indesit washing machines high for performance and ease of use and would definitely buy again when replacement is needed.

What a delight to have such a helpful, efficient, friendly clean and tidy team who respected our home. Simon and Scott are an absolute credit to John Doe and we can’t thank them enough they clearly have excellent people skills.

The experience we had when visiting John Doe to look at a sofa we had seen on line was in keeping with good old fashioned customer experience. Somebody on hand to point you in the right direction and then inform you they or any of their colleagues will be pleased to further assist. Being able to wander around the well laid out showroom ensuring your choice is the one you want. Staff were knowledgeable about the products and there was no hard sell for extras. We have previously brought carpets from John Doe and we were pleased with the quality, price and experience.
One thing I would say is having the cost of delivery added to your purchase. It would be difficult to put a sofa and chair in your car and hiring a van would be more costly but why not just factor the delivery cost into the price of the purchase? Having said that we would highly recommend John Doe for choice and quality of goods, fair pricing, really pleasant showroom and helpful staff.

Meeksshoes had the size and colour of the Skechers slip ins I wanted. They were reasonably priced and ordering and delivery was seamless.
Based on my experience I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Purchased two fragrances for my husband which arrived promptly. Disappointed that one of the atomisers did not work. I contacted Copycat via website and had a reply within 24hrs and replacement sent. Excellent customer services and purchases of 13 and Grey are great copycat smells and last. Occasionally things go wrong but you can’t fault service like I had. Thank you

Plenty of choice and easy to order on line. Excellent service order one day delivered next day. Not sure I could justify £30 delivery for each item so having to think about where to purchase other essentials for my new kitchen.

Overall a very positive experience ordering our flooring. We received a telephone call to check we had everything we required from a lovely lady who was very helpful. I have used this company in the past and received excellent customer services from them.

My daughter was expecting a delivery of flowers which was firstly delayed then just thrown on the doorstep along with other parcels. The flowers were half dead she has informed the person that sent them so hopefully they will get their money back. The courier can’t be bothered to ring the bell or knock but does ‘bog’ through the window which is not indicating they have left parcels. I can’t stand EVRI deliveries you can change you name but not your habits HERMES!

I would have given 5 stars but felt let down with delivery. I had a txt from DPD for delivery on pre arranged day and received txt updates. The time past and I received a txt to say I’d missed delivery which was not true. We are the only house in the lane and have CCTV and nobody came to our house. As this was a product that could not be left I had to arrange to work from home the following day which was fine but not always acceptable to others. I’m pleased with my vacuum cleaner thank you

I purchased 2 sets of Orion Mortice Knobs having tried the website before and finding them excellent but they excelled themselves this time as one set of the knobs was faulty. Contacting them on their website resolved the problem within minutes and a replacement was sent out immediately. Excellent range of products, so easy to use website and absolutely excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company for their products, ordering and delivery and customer service. We have just had a wood burner installed and would definitely recommend this company for their level of service during planning to installation. Response to enquiry was prompt and we were given a detailed estimate, all queries were answered promptly, the installers turned up on time on pre-arranged day. The work entailed opening up an old fire place which was challenging. They were polite, clean, tidy and hardworking. Everything was seamless. We now have a beautiful wood burner to keep us warm. Excellent company would highly recommend.

Charlie’s provided by far the best deal on my washing line and ordering and delivery was easy to use. I was kept up to date with delivery and the driver was very helpful. Would use this company again and recommend to others.
