Another rip off site.

This is another site offering deals too good to be true—you will get burned. They have a costco logo and everything, and surely costco will get it shut down.

I pre-ordered two copies of their forthcoming album, wiht the understanding that they would at least ship on the release date (which was yesterday).

After shelling out for two copies of the album, plus shipping I have hear nothing but crickets. Meanwhile, Target has the album, local record stores have it, it is everywhere. Well, everywhere but in my mailbox.

I have sent emails asking if I could just cancel and get a refund. No response.

In future I will remember that I should just wait, and buy their albums directly from a retailer--save on shipping and get it sooner!

Unfortunately I ordered a record that was claimed to be in stock that many record shops were advertising to have limited copies in stock. Past experience with merchbar led me to follow up—and, as predicted, they didn’t really have stock. So they cancelled and promised me a refund—in 10 days (still waiting). So far 0% of the records I bought from merchbar actually came. On the other hand I have had 100% of the hassle! I don’t know why spotify continues to have anything to do with this company. Customer service is pretty quick to respond, but it must be frustrating to work for a company with such a poor track record.

I still don't have the album I ordered, 2 and 1/2 months after I bought it. You really should not offer merchandise you don't have, or can't get in a reasonable timeframe.
