I transferred to a new fixed tariff a few weeks ago but the app did not update and the first payment on direct debit went out for about £200 more than was quoted. I called up and the lady said she would reduce the amount at the next payment. This was done but the app is still quoting the higher amount.
This is not good service at all . I plan to call again to try and sort this.

I ordered two pairs of walking trousers…
I ordered two pairs of walking trousers online to pick up in store - it was my first online order with Go outdoors - it was an easy process and nearly everything went smoothly - but the text sent to me informing me the order was ready for pick-up stated that I had to do so by the end of the next working day. So I rushed to do this only to be told by the staff in store that I could have picked the order up in the next 14 days.
