Cheap but rubbish

Cheap but rubbish . You end up paying twice because the artwork crashes and then the system times out and they send it to printing prices are constantly changing discounts everywhere so you end up paying more when the system updates looks like the whole thing is just an AI system with no humans and when you trying to phone anyone spent 20 minutes on the phone getting through to someone that says computer says no

Always had a great service at a great…

Always had a great service at a great price from this company. When things need sorting, they are quick to respond. Especially Gabrielle who did really well today and sorted out a collection that was missed. Was quick to respond and literally got our collection sorted within a few hours. Look forward to staying with this company for the long term ad their service is great

This is the second time the Airbnb have…

This is the second time the Airbnb have stepped in to help out with a booking and we were issued a refund. Loads of negative reviews from the bad experiences but need to put some positives on here. We were staying in a villa and it had a drain issue. The owner couldn’t resolve it. Airbnb stepped in. If you go through the proper channels and communicate through the Platform provide the right evidence and respond timely .. we found they seem to have learned from previous mistakes unlike Booking.com that just leave you out to dry.

So many negative reviews on here I was…

So many negative reviews on here I was really apprehensive. Thought I was going to turn up and get scammed with Insurance deposits and then a Mark on the car that I didn’t do would end up in a dispute.

NOT True.. Seriously, this is a proper company. We got a brand-new car. Obviously, if you return it and it’s got some damage on (basically a chip which goes deeper than the paintwork then quite frankly you are probably gonna get charged. In that case, take out the full insurance when you arrive with them, which is going to cost you €200. I wouldn’t take out insurance with the other booking company just do it on arrival otherwise they Take a deposit in case the insurance company that you booked with doesn’t pay. If it’s with them then you don’t have to pay any more deposits.)

Just had to write this review as the service was so amazing and they’re getting such a bad reputation on trustpilot it’s really unfair

think about it from their Point of view .. if you were going to lend a card to someone else and it came back with damage Quite someone needs to pay. So as long as you look after it and takes some pictures, you will be fine. This is a very big company and our experience was nothing but professional. When we returned the car the guy came out had a look round. I explained the two marks that were there previously and he said yes fine.

I showed two more marks that we found and he said they were not deeper than the paintwork so they don’t count, got out initiate the refund immediately all good to go Really friendly, chatty, I said that his prices were really low, but apparently their business model is by buying and ringing selling cars so apparently they even had cars for euro a day at one point.

As long as you look after your sensible, you’ll be fine with these guys but if you damage it then you’re looking at a few hundred euros. There was also a lot of support so definitely will book with this company again. Hope this review is helpful.

Always had good service

Always had good service, good products at good prices with cosmeselect

Recently on the bank holiday sale, I tried to make an order but my account wasn’t being recognised. I managed to get customer service within 10 minutes via WhatsApp on a bank holiday Monday!! and the issue was sorted really quickly. My cart was held on account and I simply had two clicks. Amazing service to be in touch with a person on a bank holiday Monday rather than some kind of robot or answering machine. Really look forward to dealing with this company on a regular basis with the level of service they give snd customer care .. the products are fantastic and always loving the good offers they put on without spam mail .

Always had good service

Always had good service, good products at good prices with Medisave.

We have placed loads of orders with no issues, but recently there was a problem where some stock was being delayed at the warehouse.

Inevitably delivery issues can occur and this is when you need a good customer service. We needed the product urgently and Medisave were rapid to respond and managed to track the product and got it to us within 24 hours. If we hadn’t got the product in time, surgery would’ve been cancelled. Thank you very much for your great service and we look forward to ordering with you again.

Rubbish service

Rubbish service.

Phoned the number advertised on the bottom of the page to apply a discount and was told it would be more expensive. Tried to book it through my original booking then I get a letter saying my payment has not been accepted. Impossible to get through to anyone as allsorts of stupid robots, talking rubbish.


Avoid if you can, and go through Airbnb
