Ordered an Elroq on 1/2/25.. finally arrived at dealership on 12/4/25 since then trying to collect the car... because Skoda stopped the 3 year IFC and £3500 allowance pcp deal they are now dragging out the order and not allowing the dealer to proceed and complete the sale hoping I will cancel and save them money ........I WILL NOT CANCEL SKODA!!! I have a bill of sale paid my deposit and I want my car!! Your company messed up on your promotion not me and I will take you to court for misselling if necessary

Ordered cnc at 4.00 on 23/9 received confirmation that order received then nothing... Tried calling the store up until 7.00 on 23rd and again 24th no answer after 7 attempts so too chach and went to store .. and you can guess.. I went and picked it myself item still on the shelf..took item to the till no apology for the delay just a grunt from the assistant a he completed his order this is a forth attempt at CNC from your company and it doesn't work!!! Never again!!!!

Responded to promotion email offering £5.00off next purchase ordered 2 items for click and collect from luton store.. firstly no discount appeared on my order then the store had no stock of one of the items ...poor service again as this happened on a previous order.Luton needs to get their stock control in order to save a wasted journey and cost

Asda luton... awful store avoid!!! Shelves always empty No staff and the one,s on site are rude and unhelpful!! Overpriced..take the public as mugs!! by putting up prices then dropping claiming heavy reductions.... Petrol always higher than even independents ..the only way this store/company can make money is by restricting parking to 90 minutes then ensuring customers have to wait around to get served at the tills do yourself a favour and drive to Aldi down the road..

Why oh why do companies deal with this joke Trustpilot should have zero stars you can't contact them been waiting since 12th no updates proberbly been smashed lost or nicked never gonna buy from a company that uses Hermes Evri or whatever name they change too it will be the same ol s**t just a different shovel!!
