I ordered from The ID Band Company an engraved wristband, which arrived extremely promptly with the wording I had asked for. I was particularly impressed because after I'd placed the order I decided I wanted extra wording on the reverse side. I found the company's telephone number - increasingly unusual in itself these days - and spoke to a very helpful lady who arranged the further wording I wanted. It was such a pleasant change to be able to deal sensibly with a helpful human being instead of the usual robot.

I am retired, and my portfolio (pension fund and ISAs) was transferred to True Potential about 3 years ago after my previous investment managers ceased trading. I have since been very satisfied with True Potential's service. The investments they have made have proved very successful. They pay me an agreed drawdown sum each month and they keep closely in touch, keeping me informed of any developments and making sure they are acting in accordance with my wishes. As a result I feel confident of having no financial worries in my retirement.

I needed to make a change in my regular drawdown arrangement, and Bruno Joao dealt with my requirement in a helpful, efficient and friendly manner, including being most patient when I was not as fast as some when completing the form. I have always found True Potential to be very helpful when I have needed to contact them, and found it reassuring that their representatives are at the end of the phone line ready to assist.

I ordered a cd unit for £349 in the store, which was delivered to me very promptly. I was extremely impressed, as I was expecting to have to collect it myself, which would have been rather inconvenient.

My only (minor) quibble is, I really wanted a unit with a headphone socket in the front, which my old unit had. The young lady serving me said the cd players did not have separate headphone sockets, you had to plug headphones into the amp. I accepted this, but on checking on line at home, I found that one of the other models did actually have a separate headphone socket.

I therefore phoned the store and a very helpful gentleman happily changed the order to the other model, which was exactly the same price. This was again a pleasant surprise, as I had feared it might involve a lot of complicated messing about and delay, but it was very straightforward. The alternative model duly arrived the following morning, as per the original arrangement.

Overall I am extremely happy with Richer Sounds' service, flexibility and co-operativeness. I can't think of anywhere else where I could have bought what I wanted, and with such quick efficiency and no fuss.
