I was particularly impressed because after I'd placed the order I decided I wanted extra wording on the reverse side. I found the company's telephone number - increasingly unusual in itself these days - and spoke to a very helpful lady who arranged the further wording I wanted. It was such a pleasant change to be able to deal sensibly with a helpful human being instead of the usual robot.
