Customer service does not excist at this company, avoid!
I did not request a refund but received an email saying my request was accepted.
Basically, they sold me the items, took my money, and are now expecting me to accept a refund due to their inability to fulfill my order because they oversold the items.
Why did they not just wait until the items were back in stock? Is it that you can now charge more for them?
Can I expect a refund for the same items I bought after these?
The ones I have paid for but have not received? Or will I receive an email telling me my request for a refund is accepted?
I can see why people dislike this company, when it goes right it is fine but if you need to contact "customer service" you may as well just not bother. They send one reply and then forget all about you.
They do not care about customer service as they only do the job to get free items, so they have no interest in actually doing any work to help the customer.

this is a "take the money, send it, forget it" company.
I placed two separate orders close together. One order shipped, and I received it; the second did not. I contacted the company, who informed me that it would ship "next week," which was fair enough.
Three weeks later, nothing. I contacted them using the same email as before, but now it does not work.
So, I used the one on the website; no reply.
I finally gave up waiting. I write an honest one-star review on their site, and within ten minutes, they contact me and tell me that they sent the items, that I'm "mistaken," and that I do have the items.
So, I sent them proof of the fact that they had not sent the items, and they replied, "Sorry, we missed your message; we can send it or cancel it. That's it! No real apology for basically accusing me of lying about having the items; no, just a "sorry, we missed your message."
Great products, but very poor customer service. I would not recommend them if you expect any level of customer service; this is just a "take the money, send it, forget it" company.
P.S. Had to involve my bank to finally receive a refund as they claimed not to be able to refund "too" the sauce, my bank!
Oh, and they have removed my comments from their site, very
dodgy, and not keen on people knowing their poor customer service!

Offer is a scam the discount is given in voucher
The offer is a scam. It claims that if you put three specific items in the basket, (a jumper, a bottle opener, and a hessian sack,) you will pay just £19.99 for them. You do not, you pay full price and they give you £21 in vouchers that you have to spend art Zavvi. I'm sure there is small print somewhere but not that I could see. I expected the discount to be taken upon paying but no, just a quick screen that said pay, I clicked it thinking it would then add the offer but no, just took the whole amount and said here is your "21 in vouchers, thanks, oh, and you need to sign up for this app to use them first.
So they lost a sale in the hopes that I would come back because they gave me vouchers, rather than giving me a good deal. I just canceled the order and will not trust them again.

Used this company several times.
Used this company several times, always great service. I may not save hundreds of pounds but even £5 or £10 is better in my pocket than some overpriced supermarket chain!
