Customer service does not excist at this company, avoid!

I did not request a refund but received an email saying my request was accepted.
Basically, they sold me the items, took my money, and are now expecting me to accept a refund due to their inability to fulfill my order because they oversold the items.
Why did they not just wait until the items were back in stock? Is it that you can now charge more for them?
Can I expect a refund for the same items I bought after these?
The ones I have paid for but have not received? Or will I receive an email telling me my request for a refund is accepted?
I can see why people dislike this company, when it goes right it is fine but if you need to contact "customer service" you may as well just not bother. They send one reply and then forget all about you.
They do not care about customer service as they only do the job to get free items, so they have no interest in actually doing any work to help the customer.
