Wonderful packed tour covering 6 Central American countries.
We were a small group of 6 including our world explorer guide Tommy "Mash" Morales.
Tommy was excellent and professional, with a detailed knowledge of every country which greatly enriched our enjoyment of the whole trip.

Travelling as a couple we booked Rough Guides while planning a trip around Peru and Colombia.
Communication was excellent throughout. Majo was our Rough Guide contact she was professional efficient, and accommodating to our changing itineraries.
Tours transfers and accommodation were all very good. Any small issues were sorted by Majo in a timely and efficient manner.

Quality of paper/card has changed and it feels and looks cheap compared to cards received a few years ago.

The new greeting cards you received are not matte, they are however somewhere in between glossy and matte, they are unvarnished and completely plastic-free (laminate) so they are 100% recyclable.
